“Fantastic place to stay. I especially loved the high ceilings, the electronically reclining sofa and bed, and the overall comfort of the penthouse. The elevator was a huge bonus for moving our luggage upstairs — we had 8 large suitcases, and made it incredibly convenient. William personally greeted us at the property when we arrived at midnight, which made us feel very welcomed despite the late hour. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Syracuse.”
