“We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully renovated penthouse apartment in Syracuse. The space was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to relax after exploring the city. The location was excellent—within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and just about everything we needed during our stay. One unique touch was the local beer on tap, which was a nice amenity, even though we don’t drink. The hosts were outstanding and communicated clearly and promptly throughout the entire process, making check-in and our stay completely stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Syracuse!”

“All of Jeff’s properties are well kept spots to stay at. I’m always in awe at how nice the places are. It was a spacious studio and in the middle of everything downtown. One thing that made me re-book was the communication. William is always responsive and very helpful. The communication and amenities of the establishment is what makes me go with their Airbnbs every time. I will continue to do so too when I find myself back. It is well worth the money.”

“Loved this apartment! It was great for our one-night Syracuse getaway with great central location and walkability to bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean with outstanding amenities and beautiful decor. We came for a concert and were able to get a shuttle to the venue from down the street which was a huge perk. Hosts were readily available and communicative. The murphy bed was easy to use; the mattress was fine but not awesome. We're tech savvy people and had a very challenging time connecting to the TV; it would have been great if it was already connected with a guest log in. Pro tip for your stay: Get the focaccia bread (everything with cream cheese) from Pasta's Daily Bread down the street! It's the best bread you'll ever have!”

“The space was exactly as pictured, with a stylish, with a cool unique vibe. The location was perfect, building secure and the directions provided were spot on and easy to follow. The snacks were a nice touch and definitely came in handy for a late-night bite. We also highly recommend Skeleton Bee across the street for breakfast. The bagel sandwiches and coffee were excellent. 10/10 recommend. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in the area!”
