“We loved how homey the space was. Enjoyed the easy access to the back yard for our dogs to go out. The king bed was awful! So uncomfortable that our backs were hurting the whole extended weekend. They did come out and try to fix it but it still felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. So this alone makes it feel not worth the amount we spent. Also appreciate the quick responses and how they were able to replace the back lightbulb the next day.”

“Beautiful place, nice neighborhood, clean place. Has dart bored, pool table and a pool. Has central air but didn't work when I was there the whole week and it was very hot, had to sleep with windows and back door open to get it to cool down. They sent someone over the day before I left to fix it and he thought he fixed it but it still did work. Over all very nice place responsive host. Thank you for your hospitality!”

“This is my personal experience during my stay at this place. It has a strong smell of mold and smoke, which makes it overwhelming, and by the time you leave, you'll need to re-wash your clothes. There was extremely loud AC noise: while I was asleep, they unexpectedly sent someone late at night to fix the AC issue. The bathtub paint was coming off in sharp chunks that could cause cuts if you're not careful. The host and co-host are careless about your needs, and you can't cancel because of their cancelation policies. I left some headsets, car keys, and house keys in the apartment. I contacted them the same day to ask about my belongings, but I haven't received any resolution to get them back. So, if you stay at this place, make sure to check and confirm you have all your belongings; otherwise, you might not get them back. I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and this one is the worst of them all. Definitely not worth the price or the headache!”

“While the loft itself was very nice & I enjoyed the decor… there is a very big lack of customer service. The toilet was broken, not working for the first few hours and no resolution was provided. My friend had to attempt to fix it, and even then it was not properly functioning. No key fob was provided for the amenities. When contacted about both situations I was told a maintenance worker would be there… I was there for 3 days & 2 nights. No one came. Unfortunately they decided not to reimburse me for any trouble. By far the worst and most inconsiderate air bnb experience I’ve ever had.”

“The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I didn't like that there only coffee option was Keurig or bring your own coffee maker Jason was very responsive and kind”
