“The location is great. Close to everything in Keystone. The place itself is in a very peaceful location. We had anywhere from 5 to 15 deer at our place every morning and evening. It is very clean and comfortable. It is great for 2 adults and 1 or 2 small children. I think it would be a little cramped if the kids were older. We listened to previous reviews about the water and brought a gallon of water with us. Not a problem at all. The only thing I would mention is: there are 3 cabins and they are a lot closer to each other than I thought. Not really a problem for us at all because we were gone all day. We would stay here again for sure.”

“We found that the place was too small for four adult people. The hot water ran out very quickly when taking a shower. The water also smelled of sulfur. There was a leak coming from underneath the refrigerator that I messaged Casey about and never got any response. We had to go buy an air mattress to put on top of the sofa bed because the thin mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on.”

“This location was perfect for a couple night stay! The property is absolutely stunning - very peaceful & close to the town of keystone which was great for our short stay! We saw a ton of wild life which was very exciting for our kids. Our family of 4 fit just fine in the space, however I'm not sure how feasible it would have been for more than 2-3 days. I will say, the pull out couch left a lot to be desired, and we had to use bottled water for brushing teeth, and cooking but since it was a short stay this was manageable.”

“The kitchen stove and oven was dirty. The toilet had urine in it when we got there, before either one of us used it. The toilet felt like it wasn't attached to the floor. The couch had a smell. People walked right by our deck, ALOT. Making us feel we had to keep blinds pulled during the day for privacy. The place is right by the road, so u couldn't sleep. They didn't send us a text telling us what to do before we left until after checkout time. No way was it worth what we paid. It wasn't even worth half of what we paid.”

“Overall nice place. Clean which is very important to me. Smaller than the pictures made it look, very realtor like photos. My biggest thing was that the door keypad lock is basically broken and didn’t work for many attempts. It unlocked but wouldn’t open (jammed I’m assuming?) When I called because I couldn’t get in, I got an answering machine. So that was very disappointing. But it was cozy, clean, had the amenities as promised, and a beautiful outdoor surrounding area! Location is great because there aren’t too many options near this area and right by Mount Rushmore. Would stay again/recommend if door pad lock is fixed.”
