Surfside Realty's guest rating of 4.74 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Overall, we were very content at the Beach Dreams location. We chose the location based on the size of the home and proximity to the beach. Those things exceeded our expectations, and made for a very nice stay. The few complaints I had were relatively minor, but, for the price we're paying, I wasn't super happy to be making beds as soon as I got there. We also had a few lights/fans that were not operable. Finally, the amount of kitchen utensils/appliances was great, but there were no cooking essentials like salt/pepper/oil/etc. Also be prepared to provide your own toilet paper (only one roll per bathroom was provided - not enough for a full family for a whole week), paper towels, and hand towels. If the price had been lower, I would have easily given 5 stars. However, given the location and size, we would still most likely still stay again.”airbnb

“They were working on the beach and we feel like they should have let us know in advance so we could have choose a different vacation location. They had plenty of time to notify us cause we booked in Dec 2025 and could cancel up to date before arrival.”airbnb

“The place was as described. The pool was dirty at arrival, after contacting rental company a crew came out to clean the pool. Floors were a little dirty upon arrival. Amenities were great, tons of space. Price was high considering other places we’ve stayed at which were comparable location/space in the area. Overall, we had a good experience!”airbnb

“The condo was clean and appeared kept up although not new. The first night we reported that the slide lock above the door was broken. They said they would send someone to repair it. No one came. I was there for 8 days. The laundry machine worked great. However the drier vent was missing so when you do a load in the drier lend goes into the open air hallway in front of all of the floors condos. People walking by would for sure not miss it. We did have a great time. Everything worked well. Then on the last day I looked all threw every closed and dresser and never found the bags I was supposed to place my dirty sheets and towels in. I did not want the items to get stolen so I left them in the given laundry basket in the condo”airbnb

“The place is clean, spacious enough (we had 3 adults) and very close to the beach (just cross the street, go to the right to 10th Ave and then get through the dunes in the designated entrance. A little friction was that the Surfside realty is mostly an intermediary (for ex. they could not answer what kind of pots/pans the place has, what to do if your parking spot is occupied by some service crew) But overall it was a positive experience. And thanks for fixing the AC quickly!”airbnb

“Showers were either hot or cold. No way to temper water temp. No receptacles downstairs to charge or run anything Parking very limited. Neighbors parked on property from next door Very little to no toilet paper or paper towels upon arrival. Maybe one roll in entire house so make sure to bring. No dish detergent”airbnb

“Clean home, clean pool, responsive host. The only down side is you have to make your own beds, and place towels out once you arrive. They do not, they place them in a gaint green bag for the customer to do. Before check out the customer has to place towels and sheets back into the bag and place outside the door.”airbnb

“Overall the stay was perfect, house was clean pool was perfect location was great couple houses away from the beach entrance, my only complaint was some of our items had gone missing when we went out for the day, mostly kids toys and some adult beverages, trying to get reimbursed for these items has been a run around and still haven’t received compensation 2 weeks after our stay.”airbnb

“My family and I visited this area for our annual Spring break trip. The home was beautiful but a few things were noted. Upon arriving, we noticed bags by the door. We had no idea those were the sheets and towels for us to use until later that evening. It would have been a little more convenient had sheets already been ON the beds and towels IN each bathroom. The floors were also dirty. They had stains on the stairs that looked like coffee stains and within 15 minutes of you taking your shoes off and walking around the house, if you looked down at your socks, they were black underneath. So do not walk around without socks or something on your feet in this house because the floors are not cleaned good. The pool was also dirty. There was no way we were going to get in the pool. We looked over at the neighbors pools and they were nice and clean and able to get in. Other than that, everything else was good. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was an okay experience!”airbnb

“The place was nice and fitted my family however none of the beds were made. All of the towels and bed sheets were in a bag. It took them so long to respond about the elevator. Not clear on who to call on who to communicate to when we had issues.”airbnb
