“We had an amazing stay in Folly Beach! The home was perfect, we spent a lot of our time on the screened in porch and the kitchen! We were in town for a wedding in Charleston, which wasn’t too far, the drive was easy. We had everything we needed. Great space for a toddler - right across the street from a nice playground and walking distance to the beach! We went to Bert’s a few times during our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back!”

“We loved our stay at Follitude! The home literally had everything we could have needed and was super clean, comfortable and decorated with great style. We had our pups with us and it was very convenient that they could hang with us out front or out back while being fenced in. We also loved taking advantage of all of the toys available in the back: bikes, surfboards and boogie boards. Thanks for a great weekend at Folly!”

“Michael’s place is adorable!!!! it has the master and a guest room on the left side and another bedroom on the right side of the house and the kitchen and living room is in the middle. It has adorable screened in porch. I love yellow houses too. It’s so cute!!!!! Michael was great to deal with. It is close to town and so many things to do!! It’s very private and secure. It is about five blocks from the beach, an easy drive or a long walk or a Golf Cart right away!!!! thank you so much to Michael and Family! We had a wonderful time here in Folly and we will be back!”

“We loved our family trip at the Folly Queen! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with more than enough space for everyone (we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces). The walk to the beach is 5 minutes from the moment you walk out of the door until you sit in your beach chair (we timed it). We loved watching the surfers who frequent the beach access and using the beach equipment provided. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of linens, and we appreciated the laundry room. We had a few hiccups during the trip (to no fault of the space or hosts) and the hosts were extremely understanding and helpful- excellent communication. We are grateful that it was such a comfortable space for our family, including our pups! Definitely would recommend and return!”

“So glad we stayed at Michael and Dianne’s place for our family vacation at Folly! Home was as described, down to the public works across the street. The trucks made for some interesting viewing for our kids. We could have spent all our time on the front porch, but there was so much to do close by. Reasonable walk to the beach (nearest access had zero stairs 🙌), 15 minute walk to Bert’s, and playground and basketball court right across the street. Beds were very comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out. The main bedroom and bunk room share a hall bath, and the 2nd queen room is close to the other bathroom. We had a small crisis during our stay (a neighbor’s tree fell and part of it hit the roof), and Dianne was on site within minutes. Would definitely stay here again!”

“I was amazed that the home was sand free when we arrived. We certainly tracked in a bunch of sand over four days. The cleaners must do a great job of getting the sand out of the house. It was extremely clean. The house was very close to the beach and just a third of a mile into the town so we were able to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the private front porch.”
