“The room was as described on the listing. The only issue we had was when I was getting ready to take a shower early in the morning there was no hot water until I let it run for about 10 minutes. Not exaggerating. I reported the issue to the number for maintenance issues and they said they would send someone to check it out. Never had a response if it they found out anything. The problem continued during our whole stay. We just figured this must be normal for this facility.”

“I’m grateful my family and I had a place to stay to celebrate my brother’s birthday before he starts school, but we had a hard time reaching the host over the phone even though they were not closed yet. Instructions for check in were unclear due to not adding correct passcode for locks. Took a minute for them to answer messages for access to check in. There were dead flies as soon as we entered, left over drinks and trash from previous guests. Dirty sheets that were still on the sofa bed. I would not want another guest to go through any of that.”

“I was going to keep my mouth shut but feel it’s best for other guests. Charged if you don’t clean the dishes Not a full kitchen Smells bad like mold COCKROACH 🪳 in my food and on the walls. Would not return my message had to get Airbnb to help. Charge you a fee to call them after hrs.”

“The place was nice but very minimal home feeling. No instructions were left. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. We paid the same price as other units in the complex but felt like we got less.”

“Decent place to stay, walls are pretty thin and could use an extra clean before we arrive.”

“Place was good, updated and mostly clean. However DO NOT book this stay if you are reliant on the WiFi working. Especially in 2nd level units there was no wifi and host was slow to communicate or respond even during stated business hours.”

“I was not going to leave a review because I ended up checking in and then leaving a few hours later due to extreme safety concerns. However, I continue to receive notifications from Airbnb and a notice that they left me a review, so here I am. Upon checkin the front door was open. This was extremely unsettling as a mom traveling with her children. I was nervous going into the condo, not knowing what I would find. Once I "cleared" everything, I noticed that the back door was also open. I reached out immediately to the host, hoping to receive some kind of communication to which they didn't respond. Another strange thing is the doors dont have deadbolts, and keep the doors continue to unlock by themselves. The window in the front room does not lock and even if it was locked, you could open it from the outside. The location is close to SDC, its clean, a low-quality house flip but match the description. There were just too many safety concerns that I don't have the space to list here.”

“We had a great time. I didn’t look to see if they had more than 1 bathroom, because it was a 3 bedroom, I assumed there was more than 1. We made due though. The pool was dirty and left nasty blue stuff in my kids hair. Other than that, it was great.”

“its a beautiful area and very beautiful place to stay just no extra amenities like towels or sheets if you stay more than one or two nights that becomes a problem even no extra tells for the pool”
