“Great location! Loved the quick access to the beach and a ton of restaurants nearby. We thought the bed was pretty firm, but other than that the space was cozy and what we needed. I will note that the hotels nearby were noisy on the weekend, so keep that in mind if you want more peace and quiet. However, the location made up for it. We enjoyed our stay!”

“This was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teen+ kids) The kitchen had the tools we needed, a couple beach chairs and the laundry set in the unit were all put to use several times. The walk out to the beach or sitting on the balcony gave beautiful views of the sunsets.”

“The location is perfect!!! Lots of places within walking distance, including Clearwater beach!! Tons of restaurants and bars, that are nice to visitors in Clearwater!! Our room was clean and spacious, and the shower was fabulous!!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!!”

“There is a terrible smell to this place as soon as you walk in, probably because the air conditioner units are so old. The good thing about old air conditioner though is that it helps to drown out the noise from the street. If you are a guest, make sure to bring more white noise machines though! The cleaning staff tries the best that they can but, the unit is old and needs updating. This unit should have cost around $100/night considering the nearby options.”
