“Great budget friendly place to stay”

“Had an amazing time, clean place and lots to do around there!!!”

“Nice small hotel with clean pool, small comfy rooms, walking distance to restaurants and Clearwater Beach.”

“Great place to stay a couple nights! Close to beach, the Pier, entertainment and food. Very walkable or trolly picks up right out front. Shower had great water pressure! And we liked that there was a fridge and a fan! TV was awkwardly placed between the 2 beds and half wall divider. Do recommend bringing paper towels especially if using microwave!! Wish they would consider a bigger trash can (for those that don’t want daily maid service) only have a tiny hotel sized one. Loved the heated pool and the had lots of toys/floats to use. Overall very happy with our stay.”

“5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to restaurants. Perfect affordable getaway!!! Definitely booking next season!”

“Great location. The balcony is so spacious and great for sunset views. The place is clean and comfortable. Thank you”

“Our second time staying year. Love being close to the beach.”

“There is a terrible smell to this place as soon as you walk in, probably because the air conditioner units are so old. The good thing about old air conditioner though is that it helps to drown out the noise from the street. If you are a guest, make sure to bring more white noise machines though! The cleaning staff tries the best that they can but, the unit is old and needs updating. This unit should have cost around $100/night considering the nearby options.”
