“Great location having John’s Pass across the street. Beach was nice and not too many people that end of the beach. Pool area was nice. Beds very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Location can’t be beat. Condo was very clean. A few extra towels would be nice as we had 4 for 4 people for 3 nights. No frills but nice enough.”

“Good size condo and easy walk to John’s pass shopping and restaurants. Water view from balcony great. Very Noisy from road and public park. Hard to sleep in 2 guest rooms due to extreme noise from cars and the elevator dings and hallway and light from hallway shining in. No hair dryer. No extra supplies of any kind. Not decorated. Dirty stains on hall and baths and doors. Needs a lot of work to update this place! Gross and do not recommend.”

“The location was great! Condo was expected… blinds need to be repaired, and floors need to be cleaned a bit better. Other than that, the condo was great, and I would recommend.”

“Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this property and decided to leave shortly after arriving. I booked the apartment for 15 days for my wife, my 9-year-old son, and myself. Unfortunately, the conditions we found upon arrival were not acceptable for my family. The kitchen utensils were very old and visibly dirty, the bedding had a strong musty/mold-like smell, and we found a cockroach inside the property. The surrounding area was also under construction and was very cluttered and messy, with construction materials and debris around the property. The exterior stairs had algae/slimy buildup that made them slippery, which was particularly concerning while traveling with a child. We also had significant privacy and security concerns. There did not appear to be any controlled access restricting non-guests from reaching the apartment area. The gate was open, and someone could easily walk up to the apartment door. In addition, the bedroom window faces directly towar”

“Stayed at the buliding 2nd year now (different unit) for 1 week, but sadly the pools been closed down throughout the stay again. Otherwise its a nice location with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance and being right on the beach. The unit was nice size, could use a little better cleaning and some updating due to mold on some appliances and air vents.”

“Location and Condo was great. Only issue was the floor was dirty. My feet were black and this is when we first came in. The cleaning staff need to do a little better on that. Other than that, I thought it was a little pricey but we still loved it and wish we could have stayed longer.”

“We had a great time overall, thanks to the resort itself— the facilities and location were absolutely perfect and made for a really enjoyable stay. The outdoor patio was a highlight, especially for relaxing with morning coffee, and the beds were very comfortable. That said, the condo itself could use some TLC. Fresh paint and a deep clean would help! The biggest issue was the lack of working air conditioning for the first five nights. While temperatures were mild, it still impacted our comfort, and a portable unit wasn’t provided until night five, which only cooled the bedroom. Additionally, the kitchen faucet needed careful handling to fully shut off, which was a bit inconvenient. We were given fans to help keep comfortable but could only use one at a time otherwise we kept tripping the breaker. With a few updates and better attention to maintenance, this could be an excellent place to stay.”

“Was booked to stay there but found out wasn’t suppose to be there. Renovations and paint crew threw me they had us blocked in our room and couldn’t get out.”
