“Absolutely — Jason’s place was perfect for our bachelorette trip! We had 10 girls and the house was a great size for all of us. Everything was really clean and we had plenty of space. The location was great too — about a 5-minute walk to the beach and roughly a 15-minute golf cart ride to downtown Seaside. Jason was super responsive anytime we had a question. We had such a great stay and would 100% recommend this house for a bachelorette, girls’ trip, or any group coming to 30A! We would absolutely stay here again! ☀️🌊”

“We had a great stay! The pool was fantastic, and having the golf cart made it so easy to get around and enjoy everything. The location was super convenient for going out and about, and we would definitely stay here again! Jason was a fantastic host and very responsive! We will be back!”

“The community was very nice and peaceful. The big chill is right across the street. It has several shops, food options, and it’s a great atmosphere during football season! We had an issue with the lock code not working when we got to the home, but Jason was very responsive and go it worked out right away. The home was clean and nice. The only negative to this area has NOTHING to do with this renter or home, which is why I’m not taking any stars away. The beach access around the area can be a bit frustrating. One access has no parking at the access so there’s a bit of a walk and hike with large stairs. The other is a state park that does not allow alcohol. The third, is by far the best but only has 15 parking spots. Just get there in the morning or right after lunch.”

“It was a beautiful stay! The apartment had everything we could possibly need and was very comfortable. The pool was just a 2-minute walk away, which was so convenient. We also really enjoyed having the bikes and golf cart—they were very useful and made exploring the area even more fun. Thank you for an amazing stay! We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again.”

“I cannot recommend this house enough. I felt comfortable, everything I needed was already there. The internet went out during my stay (the fault of a big storm, not the home owner) and the home owner somehow got it turned back on within the hour. I also asked about a pump for the bike tires, and a brand new one was at the door within a few hours. The hosts were just extremely helpful and answered any questions I had within minutes. The house is comfortable and has a great layout. I could not have asked for a better location. The pool was a 3 minute walk, the beach was maybe 7 min. I think it is the best location within the entire development based on proximity to pool, beach and the town center. I loved having the bikes to get around. I didn't even need a car. I was able to order groceries and then used the bike for anything else I needed on the trip. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, book this house immediately. You won't regret it.”
