“We had a wonderful stay in Incline Village. The house was beautiful and spacious and in a great location near everything. It can get hot inside, but this is advertised clearly in listing and there are fans provided. Kitchen was well-stocked, and all amenities were lovely. Our only issue was the bear box being completely full of previous guests’ trash. I called and was told someone would come empty it. They came and only emptied some of the bear box, so we still had a lot of trouble fitting our trash at the end of our stay, it barely fit. But overall, the airbnb was amazing and would recommend it to anyone.”

“Cosy cabin in a great location. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. The upstairs room was open to the living room and you could hear everything that was going on in the kitchen and living room. The mattress could be updated and it could use a deep cleaning. Also you don’t get beach access to the only walkable beach which all the hotels and other airbnbs offer so I feel like this is something this property should offer too. You can take a shuttle/car/bike to other beaches but if you’re traveling with little ones it’s best to take advantage of the local private beach that is walkable.”

“Incline village is amazing! Location is quiet; a beautiful Alpine setting. The home smelt and felt a bit musty. There are more modern and comfy cabins in this price range available in the village and along to King’s Beach. Checkout time is listed as 10am which is conventionally understood to be the time you have to leave the property. I was told off for leaving the property at 10am and delivering the keys down to their office, which is a drive away, after 10am. I apologised profusely for the misunderstanding but the staff member was really rude throughout the interaction which is enough for me to not recommend booking. A sour interaction on otherwise a lovely holiday in Tahoe!”

“The condo was convenient and had everything we needed. Very clean when we arrived. The location right in Incline Village is also excellent. The only room for improvement was a) having to drive to the office to pick up and drop off the keys is a bit of a hassle versus just having a keypad code like most other Airbnbs. b) the condo was very cold -- 48F -- when we arrived and took a couple of hours to warm up. We would have appreciated if they left the heat a bit higher before check in.”
