“Incline village is amazing! Location is quiet; a beautiful Alpine setting. The home smelt and felt a bit musty. There are more modern and comfy cabins in this price range available in the village and along to King’s Beach. Checkout time is listed as 10am which is conventionally understood to be the time you have to leave the property. I was told off for leaving the property at 10am and delivering the keys down to their office, which is a drive away, after 10am. I apologised profusely for the misunderstanding but the staff member was really rude throughout the interaction which is enough for me to not recommend booking. A sour interaction on otherwise a lovely holiday in Tahoe!”

“Great location. Close to the Hyatt which made it great because we had more restaurants to choose from. Wish there was a BBQ for the nice patio and maybe a heating device for outside. Bummer there were no public beaches in walking distance or any guest access to the local private beaches as they were all membership required. We had to drive far for the beach. TV in Master wouldn’t work. Wish it did as that’s what we look for in each room before we book a place for the family-especially for the kidos after a long day. Would rent again for the location.”

“Beautiful home! AMAZING kitchen with the best cook ware I've ever seen at an air bnb (all stainless!). Comfy beds, spacious beautiful living room. Easy access to get in and peaceful neighborhood. I think we might have been the first ones after the off season, but the lounge chairs on the porch were all torn/broken and two screens were off from the windows. It was a bummer that one room's blinds were broken and couldn't be opened (so didn't have the amazing view or any sunlight for the days we were there.). They sent someone to look but it was broken and they said it couldn't be replaced. Would have appreciated them just taking it off so the window would be open. But the staff was helpful and would totally book again.”

“We absolutely loved staying at this house! It was well stocked with items needed for the stay, very clean and easy to find everything. The layout was fun, the downstairs bunk room was way cool for kids! Fridge in garage, and upstairs kitchen, but also a mini fridge in the wet bar area! We are already planning on coming back to stay in the future! Close to fun activities like the East Lake Trail, Chickadee Ridge, and other hiking; short drive to Kings Beach and Sand Harbor; and multiple restaurants a short distance away if you don’t like cooking. Good amount of pots and pans for cooking at the house, plenty of seating for dinners.”

“The condo was convenient and had everything we needed. Very clean when we arrived. The location right in Incline Village is also excellent. The only room for improvement was a) having to drive to the office to pick up and drop off the keys is a bit of a hassle versus just having a keypad code like most other Airbnbs. b) the condo was very cold -- 48F -- when we arrived and took a couple of hours to warm up. We would have appreciated if they left the heat a bit higher before check in.”

“Overall, a wonderful stay. The cabin was cozy and perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the location to Central Incline was perfect. The only issue was with the furnace, which stopped working a couple times— not ideal in the middle of winter in the mountains. The host company came and fixed it quickly. My wife also noticed that the cabin is missing a hairdryer, which is common in any short term rental.”

“Loved the condo! It was comfy and the parking was very close to the door - huge bonus when lugging ski gear for a family of 5! It had everything we needed for our ski trip. The check in and out is a little annoying because you have to pick up/drop off the parking pass at the office across town. The apartment wasn’t perfectly clean when we arrived. Overall I’d recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you so much!”
