“Front door was falling apart it was barely in place which caused rain water to everywhere. Only provided 4 towels for 6 people and didn’t leave any laundry detergent. Didn’t leave any soap or dishwashing liquid. A few days in we found 2 cockroaches in this house. Master bathroom has big stain on the ceiling 2 of the 3 tvs are messed up I would not recommend this place on my worse enemy. Definitely overpriced for what was provided and it’s disgusting that there was roaches in this house”

“The home was great and very convenient to the beach, grocery and restaurants. Our stay started off rough as the internet was out, the home was cleaned, but did not have a smell of chemicals or freshness to have been cleaned just a few hours before arrival. After all was said and done we had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed having a private pool.”

“The location was excellent and the main reason we enjoyed our stay. Being close to the beach made everything convenient and worthwhile. Unfortunately, the condo itself did not meet our expectations, especially for the price. It was much smaller than it appeared in the listing. The master bed was extremely hard, and the pullout couch and bunk beds were very uncomfortable, with springs easily felt through the mattresses. Cleanliness was also disappointing. The floors were dirty upon arrival, and we had to rewash many of the dishes before using them. The kitchen appliances appeared old and were not thoroughly cleaned. The condo felt humid throughout our stay, and the airflow was poor. We were only provided one trash bag for the entire stay, which was not sufficient for a family. There was also no hair dryer provided. Overall, the location was great, but the condition, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities did not justify the cost.”

“READ BEFORE BOOKING!! Construction/maintenance currently underway and has been since Sept. of 2025 and will continue until fall of 2026. If you don’t mind waking up at 8:00 am every morning (7 days a week) from concrete hammer drills then this is your place. No information listed on AirBNB description, but is on the secondary contract from Amanda. Information is listed at the end of the contract (which no one reads). Other than that the condo was as advertised.”
