“We had about 11 of our family members stay at this home. It was perfect for all of us. I recommend it highly. Everybody had their own room and had their own bathroom. It was great.”

“Although we knew there would be construction noise in the area, it was right next door. The nearby beach access was closed due to beach renovation project we didn’t anticipate (large dump trucks and bulldozers all day). The space was perfect for 3 couples- each bedroom was large, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone. The pool was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Quiet and welcoming neighborhood but quite a bit of road noise. A lot of kitchen appliances- blender, tea kettle, coffee pot, and Keurig. However, many kitchen items could use a good clean and/or upgrade (rusty utensils, melted plastic spoons, old pans). definitely plan to purchase trash bags, paper products, sundries and spices (this was disclosed).”

“The house was the perfect size for our family, which included three adult couples and a 19-month-old. Having direct walking access to the beach, plus Publix right next door, made everything incredibly convenient. We especially enjoyed the pool area, and the shaded space was a wonderful place to cool off during the hotter parts of the day. The location was ideal: close enough to enjoy the restaurants and bars, but far enough away that the beach still felt private throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!”

“We had so much fun staying at this beautiful beachfront property! It was incredibly convenient to be right on the beach and next to lots of local attractions. This property was one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in which is super impressive for a big house on the beach!”

“Our stay at Tranqil Daze was great. The house was spotless when we arrived and we were able to check in early which was awesome as our flight was a morning flight. Appreciate the flexibility and good communication. The proximity to the beach is great - easy walk and we appreciated the wagon and beach chairs. The pool was clean and the temp was perfect for evening swimming.”

“Arrived, on 4/29 earlier than expected to Ft Myers Beach; asked before flight in if we could check in 2 hours early and they responded fairly quickly and stated that was ok, so this part was good. However, the 3 star is due to a few things; first night we got there after returning from the beach we found a cockroach in the master bathroom. I took a picture, sent it in the Airbnb chat and exterminated it. The following night, found more in the secondary bathroom/bedroom. Advised the host of this and they stated they'd get back to us after contacting manager. Never heard anything back and it did take quite some time to even get a response. The pool on day 1 was pretty green on the walls and bottom, the 2nd day the pool maintenance person came and then it was clean. The house was being repaired prob due to storm damage which is fine, however some doors didnt latch and the master bathrooms shower door was only 1/2 there & they put a shower curtain to help close. still leaked on floor.”

“To whom this may concern, I really would appreciate an explanation as to why the pool was never cleaned. After I was told on multiple occasions, the pool cleaner was coming and never arrived. I informed you via text& phone . Clearly in text I’m told cleaner is coming to location . If the cleaner wasn’t coming it would have been better to know that . Truth and honesty is important to guest as well as a clean pool.”
