“The place was nice and just as the pics showed. The location is perfect is close to many beaches and is kinda secluded which is nice. It has flippers right next door which has amazing food. Definitely would stay here again”

“We had about 11 of our family members stay at this home. It was perfect for all of us. I recommend it highly. Everybody had their own room and had their own bathroom. It was great.”

“Although we knew there would be construction noise in the area, it was right next door. The nearby beach access was closed due to beach renovation project we didn’t anticipate (large dump trucks and bulldozers all day). The space was perfect for 3 couples- each bedroom was large, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone. The pool was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Quiet and welcoming neighborhood but quite a bit of road noise. A lot of kitchen appliances- blender, tea kettle, coffee pot, and Keurig. However, many kitchen items could use a good clean and/or upgrade (rusty utensils, melted plastic spoons, old pans). definitely plan to purchase trash bags, paper products, sundries and spices (this was disclosed).”

“Arrived, on 4/29 earlier than expected to Ft Myers Beach; asked before flight in if we could check in 2 hours early and they responded fairly quickly and stated that was ok, so this part was good. However, the 3 star is due to a few things; first night we got there after returning from the beach we found a cockroach in the master bathroom. I took a picture, sent it in the Airbnb chat and exterminated it. The following night, found more in the secondary bathroom/bedroom. Advised the host of this and they stated they'd get back to us after contacting manager. Never heard anything back and it did take quite some time to even get a response. The pool on day 1 was pretty green on the walls and bottom, the 2nd day the pool maintenance person came and then it was clean. The house was being repaired prob due to storm damage which is fine, however some doors didnt latch and the master bathrooms shower door was only 1/2 there & they put a shower curtain to help close. still leaked on floor.”

“To whom this may concern, I really would appreciate an explanation as to why the pool was never cleaned. After I was told on multiple occasions, the pool cleaner was coming and never arrived. I informed you via text& phone . Clearly in text I’m told cleaner is coming to location . If the cleaner wasn’t coming it would have been better to know that . Truth and honesty is important to guest as well as a clean pool.”

“Our stay was partially business and part leisure. The condo had fantastic views.The kitchen and and bathroom were very clean. The master comforter needed changed out due to being dirty. The staff did bring a brand new, white and clean one the next day. the matress itself was not the best. The pillows that were provided were terrible. I highly suggest future guest bringing your own. The pillows to sleep with are king sized ones that are made for decorative shams. These pillows are extremely thick and not made to sleep on. They are for decorative purposes only. There are only 2 rolls of TP, so bring your own. There is only a very small 1 to 2 useage of shampoo and conditioner amount. No kitchen salt and pepper. The condo is run by a corporation so I am not sure how much close attention to details. Its has a corporate feel. It was not a bad stay at all. Being a 10 year Airbnb owner/manager, I am very familiar in what customers are accustomed to.”

“Beautiful location. Nice and bright. Needs to be properly stocked. Majorly lacked essentials in the kitchen, linens and blinds in bedroom.”
