“The cabin is in a good location, quick drive to the amphitheater, stores and mountains. Plenty of space for the six of us and 2 cars. Kitchen was well equipped. The grill and downstairs bathroom need some cleaning but other than that the place was in decent condition. It was nice for a 2night stay.”

“My family of 7 really enjoyed this condo. It was especially nice having 4 full bathrooms. The location is great and close to many shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Having the A/C unit was a great bonus.”

“The location was absolutely perfect - very close to everything, whether you walk or drive. The home itself served the purpose of being a good home base. The farmer's market is worth visiting, and the Dillon Amphitheater was amazing. We were able to go around the lake and explore quite q bit. There is no cooling in the cabin so it got a bit warm with the heat wave, but it was a nice spot for what we needed.”

“Overall the resort was a good place to stay. I would recommend it for those looking for a relaxing and VERY QUIET environment. Definitely not a great place to bring kids, or even adults who want to sit outside and chat past 10:00pm. But the location right on the lake was nice, can't beat the views, and great to have a lake trail within walking distance. Bring your own pillows if you appreciate a flatter pillow...all of theirs are VERY tall pillows so we ended up buying our own while there.”

“We were disappointed because the AC was a small window unit that was up stairs . It can not cool a 2000 sq foot house . There were no screens on some of the windows and they are very low which a child could easily fall out of . The lock on the patio door was broke . There were no TVS in the bedrooms . The utensils were not clean . The far bathrooms toilet was not stable and rocked . We come to Colorado every year for vacation and this condo was a disappointment especially for the price we paid . We know that most places do not have Ac but we specifically checked to make sure they did because we didn’t want to be hot . It had a small unit upstairs that would be for a 800 sq foot place but not one for 2000 sq foot . We went and bought a fan and they brought us some fans and so we made it work but it was not relaxing because the fans were so loud .”

“This was in a great location! Easily traveled to Frisco, Silverthorne, and Breckenridge! Beds and pillows were supper comfortable! The hot tub was an extra plus with the amazing views! The only downside was I was not able to communicate through the Airbnb app. I had to call a number and every time I called it was out of office hours. Other than that it was a good stay!”

“The host provided wrong WiFi password, they finally corrected it on the 4th day. The kitchen sink was not functioning. Everything else was good.”

“Both the place and the management group were incredibly disappointing. First, the photos DO NOT represent what you get. The kitchen was very old and GROSS. There were dried food and crumbs and grease stains all over the appliances, cabinets, and dish towels, and we were not provided any adequate cleaning supplies. When I reported the issue (with photos) to the short term lease manager, he basically told me this was the fault of the last guests and not their problem, as they don’t do “deep” cleans. I don’t know how they expect guests to properly clean the place for them when they don’t even provide sponges!! Additionally, the oven is so old and corroded, the burners wouldn’t stay lit. They would randomly go out and the room would start smelling like gas. We had to spend half the day waiting for maintenance and the gas company to check to make sure it was safe. They said it was safe (but not great) and therefore we had to deal with it the rest of the trip. Stay away from this place!”

“My internet never worked and we never received fresh towels I was new to this area so doing something decent and wasn’t quite impressed at all.”
