“Beautiful location”

“Loved our stay! Stunning views all around the neighborhood and from this particular home. It is quiet and peaceful. It is up some winding roads, but nothing too difficult. Check in was a breeze. The location was good- 20 minutes to Dollywood, 15 minutes to the Parkway. A bit further into the national park. The home was very well stocked in every room, clean and comfy furnishings, lovely decor, and so much space for our group of 8. We enjoyed the amenities and playing all the extra games provided. It rained much of the Memorial Day weekend, so we weren’t able to utilize the outdoor deck space as much as we would have liked. Lovely views, privacy, and seating back there though. We would definitely stay again in the future.”

“My family chose Tennessee for our yearly vacation and we happened to come across these beautiful condos. At first we thought these pictures are too perfect it has to be A.I or just too good to be true. We looked and looked and finally decided let's do it. All I can say is it passed my expectations. The condo was so spacious and extremely clean. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom which made it nice when getting ready to step out for the day. The winding stairs and multi level rooms. Summit provided many things that made being there quite easy. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and everything you needed to maintain basic cleanliness. We loved the screened in patio to hang out without getting soaked from the rain and the balcony to sit on to enjoy a cup of coffee. We were so satisfied and we thank you so much for having us. It felt like home away from home. Beyond pleased!!”

“This beautiful cabin is a perfect spot for vacation when you need a break from the busy city life. We stayed there as group of 6 adults and 2 kids for a holiday weekend. The place had plenty of space and all the amenities and supplies for a large group like ours. Everyone including kids had some fun activity to enjoy such as hot tub and games. The occasional bear sightings made our stay more fun. The host were very nice and responded promptly to all our queries. The scenic view from the cabin added to our lovely experience. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this place.”

“Beautiful cabin- we couldn’t get past the smell of urine hitting you as soon as you walk in. If the owners (maybe) carpet clean or deep clean the rugs / bedding? I believe the stay would be much better. The cabin was clean and beautiful if you can get past the smell of urine. The surrounding area is gorgeous with an amazing view.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The cabin was very clean, well-organized, and felt cozy the entire trip. One thing we really appreciated was how responsive the hosts were. We accidentally locked the bottom lock while leaving one day, and the issue was resolved within minutes because they answered the provided number so quickly. Aesthetically, it would be really cute if they added some lighting around the porch area like many of the other cabin because it gets extremely dark at night. The main thing every person in our group pointed out was the living room TV. It’s very small for the space, and since we planned one full day to stay in, cook, and watch movies together, it made the experience a little less enjoyable than expected. Updating the TV would honestly make this cabin even better. Overall, the cabin is just like pictures, quick communication was well appreciated, and the cabin was beautiful! I would come back and recommend to others!”

“We stay in a couple dozen short term rentals each year and of all of them this was probably one of the most disappointing. On arrival it wasn’t very clean which I could look past before we found the moldy milk in dishes in the cabinet. The dishwasher didn’t work at all and after repeated requests for service they showed up and waited for us to compete checkout before coming in to fix. The quality of finish over all is poor with nails sticking out of trim, doors that won’t stay open because they are visibly out of square, the pool alarm came with no instruction to turn off, cigarette butts around the hot tub.. just overall you can tell this is a cheap rental managed by someone that doesn’t seem to care. I made several calls to get resolution and no response back. There’s a lot of choices in the area and considering the cost and distance to the parkway I would have expected much more and would recommend spending renting from any of the other amazing cabins in the area.”
