Suite Paradise

“We split our time between Poipu and Princeville and this location in Poipu was fabulous. There was great hiking along the water, east access to beaches with turtles and great access to the athletic club for relaxing time by the pool. The Suite Paradise was great to deal with. They resolved an issue with the Internet with the help of spectrum without inconveniencing us. Even though the house was very close to the neighbors, we felt secluded and were never aware of how close everyone was once we were inside or on the deck. Will definitely stay here again.”

“This is our first time in Kauai. We chose the right location. We were able to enjoy the Athletic Club on our slow day - an added plus. Lots to see in Kauai and our accommodations allowed us to enjoy our downtime away from crowds. Even though there was road construction, it was not noisy in our condominium.”

“Die Unterkunft war sehr heruntergekommen. Alles roch sehr unangenehm, fast alle Handtücher hatten Flecken, der Bettbezug hat gestunken. Es gab keine Klimaanlage in der gesamten Wohnung, nur ein übertrieben lautes Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer, welches man zum schlafen ausmachen musste. Im Wohnzimmer stand dann noch ein Ventilator. Der einzige Vorteil war die gute Lage und das Fitnessstudio mit schöner Anlage und Pool (Poipu Beach Athletic Club). Dort haben wir dann auch immer geduscht, da es sauberer war, als im vergilbten Bad in der Unterkunft. Für 350€/Nacht hätten wir uns mehr Qualität oder zumindest Sauberkeit erhofft.”

“The condo was nice and has absolutely beautiful furniture! However, it was listed & photograped as having a bathtub but did not... This was disapointing! The bathroom smelled really BAD!!! There is only one outlet in the bathroom which was a bit challenging. Make sure you return your keys into the lock box at departure. ( we weren't told this) do not leave key in the room or you may be accused of taking the keys like we were.”

“Great location and a beautiful space — the photos are accurate and the place looks just as good in person. The house itself was really well-maintained and comfortable. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout. Would definitely recommend Suite Paradise to anyone looking for a solid stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and the in-unit laundry, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were great to have. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!”

“Stayed here for 5 days and the experience was underwhelming. The “starter” toiletries weren’t enough even for a day for two people, and although we requested more, it was never provided, we had to buy our own. Check-in is late (4 pm) and check-out is quite early (10 am), and there was no flexibility even for a 1-hour late checkout. Overall, it felt lacking in basic hospitality and responsiveness.”

“Very spacious home with amazing views and a handy location. It does have some quirky electrical switches that managed to kill our internet when we first arrived, and exterior garage lights that lit the front bedroom the first night (they solved it when asked). Not much in the way of spices, foil, etc. so some well-stocked, but lots of plates, glasses and silverware. A little annoying to have to stop by 'the office' at both check-in and check-out too. Would recommend to others though.”

“Pros: location / community amenities. The pool in the cul de sac was basically our private spot, BBQ brand new outside, and parking was super easy Cons: overall the furniture and unit are very worn out. Beds were poor quality, the host provided limited toilet paper, shampoo, etc. the couch in the living room was very gross, the carpet downstairs nasty, and just overall the place was 2 stars from quality perspective.”

“This apt was in a fantastic location, across from a pool and walkable from a few great beaches. It came well stocked and was exactly as described. The only downsides were related to this being run by a management company. First, they are pretty stingy with amenities. They did not provide a sponge, limited the amount of toilet paper, and generally seemed to opt for lower quality amenities like towels, hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. We expected more based on how much we paid. Secondly, we requested a crib and high chair, which weren’t provided upon check-in. They did provide them a few hours after we called but the pack and play was dirty and stained. Lastly, half of the windows didn’t have curtains, which is challenging if sensitive to light. All in all, great location and good option, just not the best value.”
