“Simply the best! The condo is beautiful, the beds so comfortable, great fluffy bath towels, and the view cannot be beat! The beach (so wide) and pool were great as was the green space in front of the boardwalks. The vibe is very family friendly. Honestly, I can't say much about the kitchen because we ate our way through Paul's very detailed restaurant recommendations which was super fun and something we rarely do because I love to cook. But we just kept eating our way through the list! We really enjoyed Zeke's (great food and cocktails), Coastal was good (a bit of a laid back country club feel), Tacky Jack's Dump Omelet (which they renamed) was yummy, the surprise was low country boil with crab (shoutout to Carrie!) from the Shrimp Basket and I don't eat donuts but I do now at City Donuts--WOW! Paul and Carrie were very responsive and so kind. I highly recommend renting any property they manage/own. They were a blessing and it was a blessing to be in their condo!”

“It was a beautiful condo in an active area. Places to eat and shop to the left and right. The beach is beautiful, the pool was large and you weren’t bumping into others, even though it was busy.”

“Paul and Carrie were great from start to finish. Their condo was absolutely amazing and has ALL the amenities and then some. Would highly recommend. Walk to beach is close, breathtaking views of the beach from balcony, saw dolphins every morning, pools were amazing. Couldn’t have been any better. Close to restaurants and shops. Lots to do within minutes. Would absolutely stay with them again and recommend. Such a nice family who made sure we had everything we needed. Directions to check in were detailed and easy from start to finish. The best!”

“Great hosts with lots of communication. They offered lots of useful recommendations. The condo was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. Great outdoor space for playing board games. Refreshing outdoor pool, easy walk to the beach. Easy parking for our oversized vehicle. We had a great time!”

“Orange beach was great, as always. This was our first time at Summer House. Carrie was very responsive and willing to make arrangements when there was an inconvenience with the buildings water. The balcony of this unit was by far our favorite spot!”

When we weren’t at the beach we enjoyed the huge wrap around balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean! The location of the condo is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again when vacationing in Orange Beach!!”
