“We had a great time. The place was close to the beach and good restaurants within 10 minutes. Air conditioning worked great. Water pressure not so good on second floor but hot. Extra towels located under the sink. We never thought to look under the there for extra until last day🙁 Found by accident. Got in late very hard to see the numbers above room doors. Took a long time to find out place upstairs and how to get up there.”

“We enjoyed our stay and was very peaceful. Everything was as described. Perfect views and beach was not over crowded. The only issue if any was the lingering odor in elevator from the rug. On the upside, it made us take the stairs more.”

“The resort is very nice with plenty to do, but the room is just okay. It doesn’t seem to have been updated in the past 20 years so the bed especially is due for an upgrade. Plus the patio door required me to use my whole body weight to open.”

“I rented the unit for my parents and little niece. It ended up being enough for them to get by for the week but definitely was a little tight! They said it was definitely very clean. The unit was on the 2nd floor and my dad had a hard time climbing the stairs and there wasn’t an elevator that was accessible so he was a little bummed over that but other than that they had a wonderful time. It’s the first time they had been on a vacation in 30 years and the very first vacation for my niece! The place did charge them an additional fee to check in 3 hours early so next time I will be sure to book them a later flight.”

“It feels like a ok hotel pretending to be an Airbnb. The elevators are dirty and musty. On our first day, the elevator smelled like piss, and we couldn't sit on the balcony due to a strong weed stench from a neighboring condo. The loud HVAC unit makes it difficult to fall asleep in the living room, the sofa bed feels like sleeping on a trampoline and one of the toilet flushes leaks on and off, making a constant noise. The condo doesn’t offer typical Airbnb amenities like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or dish soap and a scrubber for quick cleanups. The pots and pans are all worn-out and well past their prime and severely scratched up non-sticks are likely a health risk. To top it off, Cox technicians knocked during our stay to work on internet; I don't understand why that couldn't wait until the unit was empty rather than disturbing paying guests. The good things are: the view and location, and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella were very useful.”
