Sugar Palm Vacation Rentals

4.75Visit website
Sugar Palm Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great home - we enjoyed it very much. We had a back door alarm that went off in the middle of the night that took til lunch time to have it turned off - it took many calls and one person told me to go get ear plugs so my family could sleep. Each time I called I had to retell what was happening. Only reason for low rating on communication. This house while close to everything is very loud as it backs up to the main road. Lots of loud cars and music so just depends on what you prefer.”
