We are a family of 4 - two adults and two teens and had plenty of space. The second bedroom was tight, but it was fine for the amount of time spent in the room. “Beautiful views but unit was lacking in furnishings and level of comfort, furniture was stained and uncomfortable; no wine glasses or cork screw provided. Stubbs was slow to respond to basic needs, like the primary shower backing up and they wanted me to clean the drain after only 3 showers. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to sending a handy man who said the drain was full of sand and he had to snake it. I would not stay at this unit again nor rent through a property management company.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very spacious for me, my husband, and our 1&3 year old boys. Having a washer and dryer is a must with little kids, so it was a great amenity to have to spare us 16 loads of laundry when we got home. The views were beautiful. Very obvious owners love their home and out much love into it. -we were told underground parking would fit our large SUV, but it didn’t. We had to park on the street and usually found parking, but it was somewhat inconvenient (especially for unloading the car after our 10 hour drive and making multiple trips up the stairs because the elevator entrance is in the parking garage ). The listing is now updated to reflect the parking garage height (it wasn’t at the time we booked). -I think the “location” is a bit deceiving. You have no private beach access. You have to walk down the street, turn left, then walk another block down to the fletcher cove beach public parking. It’s not a huge deal, just hard with littles”
