“Prior to our trip even starting we received a phishing email from the host business account stating they wanted additional personal information. It appeared to be from a bogus account, so I had to message the host business directly to confirm if it was a legit request. I was told by the business that their account had been hacked and contact my bank and credit card company etc. They did not provide any other assistance or information if our personnel info had been compromised until I asked multiple times. The location the host advertised stated we would have pool access. We checked in and found out we were given the wrong code for the pool gate. There were so many other problems that we had to get Airbnb involved in to help resolve because the host wouldn't and we eventually left two days early and Airbnb helped us with a refund. I can see why other reviews about this host are similar in nature. Do yourself a favor and headaches stay away from this company and host.”

“We loved the place, but the refrigerator broke down the first day. We lost all of the food we had purchased. They gave us a small wine fridge to hold us over, kept saying they were going to fix and “thanking us for our patience and understanding”. They finally replaced the refrigerator on Thursday, but for most of our visit we were inconvenienced, lost food and were forced to eat out for every meal (which we hoped to avoid by buying food). We have asked for compensation, and are still waiting to hear back. All that said, we loved the location, and would even stay in the same unit as long as we didn’t have the same problems.”

“The apartment has a view of the pool. I love that. Everything was very clean. This is the second time I’ve stayed at Alex’s place. I will gladly come back again.”

“Alex’s place was spot on and I’ve been there before in previous trips but it was clean and ready for me to sleep and just chill when I’m in room! I would definitely recommend staying here and I’d definitely come back again if he has openings on my next visit”

“Nice place for our family of 3 staying over for a long weekend. Walkable & convenient and access to the MGM Lazy River & pool area was great. Our only issue was checking in, where a "system glitch" didn't allow me to check in and front desk said the reservation looked cancelled. With high levels of 'check in anxiety', I couldn't get a hold of anyone through multiple attempts to call, texts or emails. Only after calling AirBnB's support, were they able to get a hold of the host. The AirBnB support was really good and communicated often with what was happening and I was able to check in. But overall, it took 1hr 40 min to get checked in (and 1hr 10min to get any response at all from the hosts). No call, no real apology, just a text saying thanks for understanding...”

“Cancel the day off without warning, and I had no place to stay. I had to pay triple the amount for one day and find multiple locations each day to stay in.”

“First the positives - the host is quick to respond. It is great if you want to live on the strip with a large group of friends. But I would not recommend this for big families, the place is smaller than expected. The bathroom is small, lighting is really bad, beds are creaky. When we asked for additional towels, the request was denied since they could not answer any requests after 4 PM, which was inconvenient.”

“When i arrived to my room i went to the bedroom and noticed a large stain on the ground and i did say anything about because i thought they knew about it already now im being charged for the stain and smoking fee and i never smoked in there it was a horrible experience for me after that”

“Very good place. Just don't forget anything there. Air bnb is outsourced of the hotel and the host only sent me a link to lost and found and gave me a number to call. I'm a foreigner I can't communicate with US numbers. Awful experience given I had an issue leaving an item there by mistake which I will never see again.”

“One thing worth to mention that on wednesdays the landscaping guys would come at 8 am and make extremely loud noises which goes against the quiet hours. Very disturbing noises from two guys carrying blowers right under the windows. When I asked the building manager he said they care less about it.”
