“The listing has great potential, but it’s unfortunately unexploited. The gated community is well maintained, but the house is pretty noisy due to neighbors’ roaring cars, proximity to the main street and the across-the-road airport. The interior layout is pleasant. The kitchen is practical; the cooking pots need replacement. The interior is visually similar to the photos, except that the seating and sleeping furniture is truly uncomfortable. The couches are either too hard or too saggy, while the mattresses lack support and do not provide proper sleep. One of the major drawbacks is that we were not provided with pool access, and it took considerable back-and-forth including eventual interventions from Airbnb support for us to be provided with a proper partial compensation. The high rental price is unjustified given the uncomfortable furniture, the surrounding noises, the dusty floors upon check-in and the host’s resistance to solve issues in a tenant-focused manner.”

“We had a great stay! The host was extremely attentive and responsive throughout our visit. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, they addressed it quickly and made sure everything was taken care of without delay. Their communication and willingness to help really made a difference. Highly recommend staying here!”

“I seen reviews that mention bad neighbors or even illegal things going on around the area well let me tell you I was there for over 3 weeks and didn’t have not one problem and had work trucks with tools and not one thing when missing so I recommend this place 100 percent”

“This was by far my worst experience on Airbnb to date… To start both the front and back door knob was falling off. When I made the host aware they made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal until I got Airbnb involved. There was hair in the tub and the water wouldn’t drain. I could tell it wasn’t professionally cleaned AT ALL l. When I complained about it they just had there maintenance man clean, which means the place was STILL DIRTY as he is not a professional cleaner. The dryer was broken, All of the water in the house was cold so we couldn’t properly shower or wash dishes, and the heater wasn’t working. I couldn’t take it anymore so ultimately we left early and requested a refund. Thankfully they issued the refund without a big fight. But what really concerns me is that the day they were leaving they were asking me how quickly I was going to be out because they had another guest coming. Without fixing anything or professionally cleaning… This shouldn’t be allowed on Airbnb. RUN!”

“This was a great place to stay. The property is located in a quiet, rural area, which made it peaceful and perfect for decompressing. The unit itself is plain and empty, so it’s ideal for anyone who prefers to bring their own furniture or personalize their space. The experience overall was effective and efficient — everything worked as expected. The gated setting added an extra sense of security, and the neighbors were respectful and welcoming. What really stood out was the host and management. They were flexible, resourceful, understanding, and willing to compromise when needed. Communication was smooth, and they were genuinely supportive throughout the stay. If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills space in a calm environment with a responsive and accommodating host, this is a solid option.”

“Pros: looked just like photos. nice kitchen with everything you need. Big TV, washer/dryer for long stay. Most of all, the bamboo bed was very comfortable and kept me cool I as usually run hot. quick response from the host/company manages it. They replaced a blind although it rolled up at the bottom and fixed bath exhaust although it broke again. Cons: Blinds were broken from the previous guest who had cat as there was cat post in the unit & can see in prev review. I asked to replace the one which didn’t have the drapes. But they tried to charge me for the other blinds even though they knew they were all broken before. Kitchen faucet spray coil broken. So I just used the faucet. But they tried to charge me for that too. The closet smelled bad, pillows and comforter weren’t washed. I put them in the closet, bought my own. The shower liner was dirty, so I bought the liner. For next guest: take inventory of everything that’s broken & share in message with host as soon as you check in!”
