“It's a lovely place to stay. However while we were staying there over the weekend, one locked door had the handle removed and was left open leading to our room door, that was also accessed when we weren't there and left OPEN by whomever was changing the door handles. While we were staying there. Leaving the first door to the condo completely off and the second door to our actual room unlocked and open with ALL OF OUR STUFF still in the room. We had a tee time and dinner, we were away for hours. I am still is disbelief.”

“I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with a property I booked through Airbnb. What was advertised and what I actually walked into are two completely different things. First and most importantly, the air conditioning in the room is not working. This is completely unacceptable, particularly when guests are paying for a room with basic amenities such as functioning climate control. A room without working AC is not a minor inconvenience—it materially affects the ability to stay comfortably and safely. Was given wrong user and password for internet. Had to make multiple trips to the office. The room itself is nothing like what was represented in the listing photographs. The condition of the room is extremely disappointing, and the walls in particular are in terrible shape. The overall appearance and condition of the property are nowhere close to the standard that the listing led me to expect. This raises a serious question about Airbnb’s standards and accountably”

“Had trouble with communication for checking in, I wasn’t receiving the instructions and had to call twice. Not that big of a deal but was a tiny bit frustrating. The place and neighborhood made up for it. Would stay again for sure!”

“Great stay! The condo was nice and the pool! Only complaint was the gate guy was a jerk. Everyone else was super helpful!”
