“I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with a property I booked through Airbnb. What was advertised and what I actually walked into are two completely different things. First and most importantly, the air conditioning in the room is not working. This is completely unacceptable, particularly when guests are paying for a room with basic amenities such as functioning climate control. A room without working AC is not a minor inconvenience—it materially affects the ability to stay comfortably and safely. Was given wrong user and password for internet. Had to make multiple trips to the office. The room itself is nothing like what was represented in the listing photographs. The condition of the room is extremely disappointing, and the walls in particular are in terrible shape. The overall appearance and condition of the property are nowhere close to the standard that the listing led me to expect. This raises a serious question about Airbnb’s standards and accountably”

“This is my 10th stay at SBV and it never disappoints. The huge soaking tub is a must after a day of riding rollercoasters at Silver Dollar City. I love the location and close proximity to everything. SBV is close enough to Walmart,SDC, and the Branson strip but far enough to still feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. We love having the connecting condo for additional family members and this works out great for us when we visit. Having washers and dryers in the units are nice so you aren’t lugging dirty laundry home. The patios are amazing at night to stargaze and listen to the SDC train blow its whistle.”

“Great place to stay. the room was everything they described. The Outside could use a little maintenance, Teh stairs Seemed a little tricky and could use some repairs, But overall, a great place at a good price.”

“Very quiet area. Just a bit run down and the beds are too soft. Not comfortable at all. Other than that, nice location and felt safer having a gate to enter. Just didn’t sleep well.”

“Everything was great except for some reason there is no hot water in the master bathtub. The master sink has hot water as does the other bathroom it was just literally in the tub/shower that the water does not get hot.”

“Had trouble with communication for checking in, I wasn’t receiving the instructions and had to call twice. Not that big of a deal but was a tiny bit frustrating. The place and neighborhood made up for it. Would stay again for sure!”
