We booked this trip kind of last min and immediately looked up sterling sands because we knew it would be good. It’s nice to know that the quality hasn’t changed in the last 10+ years:) we’ll be back again I’m sure!”

“Owner of this unit please be aware this management company is not taking care of your property like it should !!! Guest do not rent until it has a deep cleaning very bad !!!”

“The host only responded to messages before renting. We reached out to the host multiple times about different things and gave her more than 24 hours to respond. The extra fees for parking and wristbands were not disclosed in the rental agreement. The jacuzzi tub and hot water in the master bedroom did not work. The bottom bunkbed smelt of urine, and we found boys’ pants that were next to the bed saturated in urine. We also found garbage under the bed. The manager of cleaning came and changed all the sheets/casing on the bed personally. The internet router went out, and maintenance had to come fix that. Then the air unit was not working; the maintenance guy said I have no idea and left. The manager of maintenance took a look, and the unit needed to be completely replaced, which took 4 hours to complete. It was very disappointing to come all this way and spend all this money to have to call maintenance every day to have something fixed or replaced.”
