“The house has a lot of potential. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and friendly, the layout is great, and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, the property did not fully match the warm and cozy impression from the listing photos. The home felt more bare and cold in person, and both the interior and exterior could use more care. Cleanliness was a major issue when we arrived, especially in the bathrooms, on the floors, and carpets. The host responded quickly and sent a cleaning crew the same day, which we appreciated, but this should not have been necessary upon arrival. There also appear to be maintenance and structural issues, including visible cracks, a sloping foundation, and a primary bathroom door that was very difficult to open and close. The home has great potential, but it needs more consistent cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance to match the experience shown in the photos.”

“We loved our stay here. It was close to kid friendly attractions- including a very cool swimming pool about a mile away. Great neighborhood- and felt very safe. Richardson has a lot of great hiking trails. The house was comfortable, very clean, and i. a great neighborhood. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Communication was excellent from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the filtered water and ice maker in the refrigerator—such a nice extra touch. If you’ve seen an older review mentioning mold, don’t let that deter you. I specifically asked about it before booking and was assured the issue had been fully resolved, and it absolutely has been. My son has a mold allergy, so we would have known immediately if there had been any problem, and he had no issues at all. The location was fantastic and made getting around so convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!”

“Ryan’s place was descent. Ryan did an excellent job communicating with me and solving issues that arose. However, the management that takes care of the house needs to step it up. Since the moment, we arrived a fire alarm kept on buzzing (battery), lights in rooms flickering to the point it messed with my eyes and head. One ceiling fan did not work. Bathroom tub got clogged on first night, (got fixed), but the next day, the master restroom got clogged. The trash was over filled outside, Little details that made our stay inconvenient.”

“Ryan was very responsive to a couple of requests we made. He communicated with us to be sure everything was as expected. The home fit our needs perfectly and it is likely we would stay there again.”

“I enjoyed my stay for the price! It was comfortable. The house itself does have some issues though mold in the bathrooms and what I believe are some foundation issues(interior doors not wanting to shut, cracks in the walls. I see some reviews talking about bugs( did not see them prior to booking or I wouldn’t have) but I did not see any bugs at all though so I think they resolved that issue. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Great shower pressure also! I would definitely stay again.”

“Was not happy with the place. Some areas didn't look like they had been cleaned. We found bugs and the main shower had mold all around it. I will give the host credit that they did allow us to cancel the remainder of our stay and refunded us for unused nights. For that, I will give them 2 stars.”
