“I will definitely recommend beds are super comfy. If you plan on being there for the time period of more than a few days and have to do laundry highly recommend you bring your own laundry soap. I got lucky I packed mine anyway, but it is not provided by the host and if you plan on cooking, make sure you bring your own seasonings, but it was super nice place”

“Overall a great stay. I loved the fact that they were extremely responsive, almost instantly for most of the time. I did have an issue with the beds having hair, to which they replaced the sheets though it took sometime. Other than that, it was a great stay overall”

“The apartment is nice but was dirty. All air vents had accumulated dust. This is a health hazard. The most disturbing thing was finding pots that were beyond dirty. Basically unusable and a baking pan that had rusted. I wouldn’t use those pots to cook for my pets. I reported and asked for another pan or pots. I took photos and showed them, was promised feedback that never came. If an apartment is booked for weeks, I’m sure as a host you would make sure that there are pots and pans you included on the property description. The shower heads were really bad. They were old, unadjustable and painful to use. The worst was the old noisy air conditions. There was so much noise coming from the air conditions and air vent in the corridor. I reported it the first night. I was told it will checked by maintenance, no one came. This was just horrible for the entire stay. The nice things about the place were the fully functional washing and drying machines and dishwasher.”

“Do not rent from this company. They charge a $300 security deposit or a flat $35 fee for maintaining "wear and tear" - yet broken furniture, stained carpet, marks on the walls. You communicate with an AI bot which makes it seem that they are very responsive, but I never heard from an actual person on issues several times. Check In - they have 20+ lockboxes along the fence outside the gate. Mine was empty. They asked me to check their backup lockbox which wouldn't open. They finally gave me a gate code and text me a link to use to get into the building. I asked for a code for the gym/pool and never received it. The building code expired at 9pm the night before check out and I was locked out in the morning while loading my car. No response. The cleaning lady let herself into the unit w/o permission while I was gone and left the door unlocked! The shower was DISGUSTING! Mold and mildew everywhere. Internet went out at 1:30pm while I was working and on zoom calls and never was fixed.”

“Place was clean and fine pool was always crowded keep and kind it and additional $35 once you get there to get the door number non refundable for damages it was like I was tricked into paying more money when it should have been disclosed also you can’t check in to 5 pm but you have to be out by 10 am”

“Front door hard to get in balcony door can’t open off track only one wash rag and towel was provided and it was dirty toilet seat was loose”

“DO NOT stay here, they have a cockroach infestation in this place that they don’t care about fixing!!! In bathroom overall but will come out to the bedroom!! The host knows about this problem and still would not give me a full refund for their unclean and unsafe space! Horrible experience, do not stay here.”

“Pace was definitely secured and comfortable. House cleaning can do a little better, and not half do things. I seen trash on the floor in kitchen and bedroom. However, everything was great!”

“Je suis restée 15 jours pour le travail. Arrivée et du départ très compliqué (boîte à clef très difficile à trouver, bcp trop d’info, mon badge était brisé heureusement que le portail était ouvert quand je suis arrivée à 1h du matin!!!, ensuite la boîte a clef était brisée j’ai dû revenir pour déposer le badge…) pour un 500$ de caution je suis surprise de pas avoir des équipement qui fonctionnent. Ensuite malheureusement mon séjour n’était pas du tout confortable. Le logement, localisation, tout est bien. Sauf les équipements (encore une fois malgré qu’ils demandent une caution de 500$!!!) : lit double simple, litierie premier prix, serviette de bain très petit et premier prix, canapé affaissé !!!! Pour avoir déjà fait des logements similaires à Austin je ne recommande pas pour le prix.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Before arriving the place, I provided all the information requested to have my car registered for parking, and I have written confirmation showing that the information was received and the vehicle were supposed to be registered. Vehicle was parked exactly where I was instructed. Even so, my car disappeared from the parking lot at around 11 p.m. Both the county towing company and the property claimed that they had not towed it, I spent most of the night trying to locate and recover my vehicle through GPS Which led me to find it at an impound lot 19 miles away from where I was staying. instead of being able to enjoy the experience this night ended up costing me $312.00 more. You will receive unexpected additional fees or charges requested by host after reservation “security deposit” Don’t expect a solution or a response, because they’ll ignore your messages if you have any issues. So save yourself some time and money by booking somewhere else!!!!!!!!!”
