“The stay was disappointing. From arrival, there was a strong rotten smell throughout the Airbnb. The hosts were willing to send two cleaners to address it, but the cleaning only temporarily masked the smell before it returned. There was also heavy construction noise affecting both bedrooms and the living room. The valet parking was $55 per entry, not per day, which was an unexpected expense. I also caught valet driving my vehicle when it was supposed to be parked, and it took over 15 minutes to return my car. The elevator was slow and sometimes shaky. I also noticed the elevator certification displayed appeared to have expired in July 2026, which was concerning. We acknowledge the hosts were willing to send cleaners AFTER our stay had started but the odor and other building-related issues significantly impacted our stay and ultimately required Airbnb to relocate us. We were in town for a medical reason and relocating the day of the procedure was not a pleasant experience.”

“Everything looks exactly like the pictures. Check in instructions were clear. Communication was easy and was responsive. Rooftop pool is nice and so is the view. Bed was VERY comfy. Home had everything I needed. Anytime I come to Miami I will stay here and will recommend friends and family to as well.”

“Great views, well-appointed kitchen. Icons on oven controls were confusing. I talked to Claude and sorted it. My husband complained about very uncomfortable sofas (hard and square). True. Bauhaus looks good anyway.”

“I think it's important to note a few things about the location. Almost every area of the hotel/residences requires a dress code. Even the bar required a dress code. Parking is very difficult if you don't want to pay $75 per night for valet. There's a parking garage around the corner, but if you have more than one suitcase, you'll struggle to get everything over the cobblestone and railroad tracks. When I went, one set of elevators was broken, so I had to carry everything up/down stairs. The host was okay, but checking in was very rushed. You have to meet someone in the lobby and then get a key from the front desk. I ended up paying $20 per day for parking, only to have the host mix up my car info with my friends info. I ended up paying $185 at one point to exit the garage on top of what I paid the host prior to arriving. I was left on read when trying to get it resolved. Nice place, but I'd save the mental energy and just find a different spot.”

“place was okay, feel like its not worth the price. Place had spiders everywhere in every corner which terrified me, had no cleaning supplies other than a small amount of dish soap. barely had any towels. I had to call to figure out how to pay to use the washer and dryer because there were no instructions at-all. At some point a gecko got inside and i had to ask neighbors for help.. just too much going on”

“My guest and I did not have the best experience. The room was supposed to be ready at 3pm, and we didn’t arrive until 6pm, yet it was completely unprepared. The bed was not made and looked like someone had slept in it the night before. There were used towels scattered throughout both the room and bathroom. We contacted the host immediately, and nothing was done to resolve the issue. We asked for accommodations and received no help or urgency. We even went out and bought our own sheets, but when we removed the existing ones, we found blood and urine stains on the mattress, which was completely unacceptable and unsanitary. While inspecting the space further, we also noticed that the window in the shower does not lock, which raised safety concerns. Additionally, the door keypad appeared heavily worn, making the code visibly guessable, which further impacted our sense of security. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.”
