“The stay was great overall, and everything matched the description. The only major downside was figuring out how to enter through the correct gate. The address we were given initially took us about an hour or two out of the way. Once we found the correct gate, we were told they didn’t even use the access codes provided, which was frustrating. The area we were at was scary since everyone was rushing inside while our kids were in the car . Once we were inside, everything was fine. The pool could use a little more cleaning, and some of the dishes still had stains on them. The washer worked perfectly; however, it wasn’t clear that we needed to take our clothes downstairs to use the dryer, which was a little inconvenient. I only saw two roaches during the stay, and they could have possibly come in from outside. The biggest issue for me was that the downstairs area was extremely hot. I ended up having to purchase fans because the AC wasn’t keeping the downstairs cool enough.”airbnb

“The home is nice and roomy. The dishwasher did not work. Home did have a smell when the shower was used. Game room was missing balls from pool table and both sticks was broke. They said they was bringing replacement but never did. Ice maker was not working properly. My husband was looking forward to the game room but we could not even use it. Just a few minor issues but the area was great. The sent instructions what they wanted done in the home last minute that was not stated in the instructions of the rules of home.”airbnb

“The worst ever host I've ever dealt with since using Airbnb in 2015. I was a super host in Orlando for 2 years & this property owner company is AWFUL. I was inquiring about the property for 2 days and no one responded to me. They only reply sometimes during biz hours. Only after I booked the property did they finally reply. There is NO number on the reservation either, PLUS this: 1.) internet is so slow the movies on the tv froze every 10 seconds and no one could use their phones or laptops 2.) tried to charge us $100 to use a BBQ but a propane tank refill is only $17, why are you charging us 5x the price? 3.) construction across the street was loud every day 4.) you CANNOT control the air conditioner it's set by them and you have NO control. 5.) there is no chalk in the billiards room for the pool cues 6.) the arcade games do not work at all 7.) the Xbox only has one controller 8.) no extra towels at all, 2 trash bags for 11 people staying 3 nights, & 2 dishwasher pods w NO bro”airbnb

“Condo was nice, but entry and backyard was dirty with dirt and food on the ground. Hole in screen allowed bugs in. Broken glass on the chair cut bottom of my foot. This place would be nice if cleaned properly and maintained.”airbnb

“We were extremely disappointed with this rental from the moment we arrived. The place was run down. - Master Bedroom bed sunk in the middle. - Curtains in living room fell off the rod if you tried to open them - Blinds for outside were missing blinds and broken. - Pool looked dirty. Found multiple things at the bottom like rusted penny’s that had clearly been there for a while. - Carpet was worn down and dirty. - Showers has random hairs, random stains, mildew/mold on the shower heads - Multiple vents were rusted or covered in dust - Lights and lamps were stained. - There was an empty plug in when you walked in that smelled burning. The top looked disgusting. We unplugged it. We should not feel gross walking around a house that we are paying a pretty decent amount for. We messaged within 3 hours of being there with the issues and they were not helpful. Stayed in so many rentals and never experienced anything like this.”airbnb

“I’ll preface that all of this was reported and barely any effort made to resolve: Absolutely horrific experience staying with a company run Airbnb. They do not care. We had 3 infants staying, huge fee for essential items for them (and cots provided with no sheets), pool gate broken so risk of drowning - huge cost for pool heating but they only heat for a couple of hours in the morning and it’s freezing by afternoon, cockroach found in downstairs toilet, broken toys for children (limited anyway!), 2 sun loungers to share between (up to) 12 guests. Plenty of space for more but no investment made. No beach towels. Not enough bathroom towels provided for number of guests (they did resolve this). Do not stay here if you have children or intend to use the property for more than a place to crash (sleep). Awful experience, bad vibes. No effort made by host to to resolve - even customer services tried to ‘convince’ (their words) them to do something about our issues, with no luck”airbnb

“We were extremely unhappy with our overall experience. As soon as we arrived the upstairs AC unit was not working at all. It was 80+ degrees and I informed the hosts immediately. We had two infants with us that could not stay in the heat. They had an AC tech come later that night and said he fixed the issue. That night it was very hot still and The next morning the AC was still not working and I informed the hosts again. Later that day they had someone come again and they said they fixed it for the second. It still was not fixed and we had another extremely hot night. The AC continued to sit at 80 degrees. The next morning I informed them for a 3rd time that the AC was not working. We were then told the AC would need to be totally replaced. They offered when we had 1 night left to move us to a new place for the 12 hours we had left. I requested a partial refund since we spent our entire vacation without an essential amenity and they have not responded to this after several requests.”airbnb

“We had ant traps on kitchen counter when we arrived. Ants were crawling on my kids food day 1 we were there. Ants were in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. The host told us it’s Florida when my wife told them about the ant problem . Very disappointing, they knew of the problem before we arrived and never disclosed. When I tried to get a refund, they lied and said cleaners found no ants . My pictures and videos tell the truth.”airbnb

“I’ve stayed in a different condo there and enjoyed it so chose to return because I thought they valued their guests which they do not. Let there be a problem. It won’t get fixed and you will pay full price if you decide to check out of room. I stayed for first day and got in late and slept two hours and left thinking everything was fine. Return after a full day at convention center to find WiFi did not work. When notified there was no way to accommodate or fix the problem during our stay. The refused to move us to a different room as well. I decided to check out and I was charged half of what a four day stay cost after staying in room just one night. Spend your money to stay somewhere where you host values you as a customer. These people clearly don’t and were unwilling to make it right. Totally ruined the trip for my daughter”airbnb
