The room was what is pictured. It smelled super strongly of cleaner which gave us a headache the first night. We were also told that we were not allowed to use the amenities like mini golf and ground games which was a bummer.

Troubles with getting keys to the wellness center and hosts weren’t very helpful on telling us where to go to get the keys. It was a quick trip and over an hour of it was spent tracking down keys to go to the pool and hot tub. Sauna worked but steam room was broken. Sheets were poor quality and thin.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but feel it’s important to share our experience. When we arrived at the 4:00 pm check-in time, the room had not been cleaned—dirty towels on the floor and an unmade bed with used sheets. We contacted Scott and Amy and were told it should be ready in “an hour or two.” We were traveling with a newborn and relied on having a warm, clean space, especially in January in Midway. We left and asked to be notified when the room was ready but never received a response. We returned hours later to find it cleaned, still without communication. We then discovered the heater was broken. Reviews show this issue was mentioned as far back as March 2025 and still not fixed for our January 2026 stay. A space heater was provided, but this should have been disclosed. We paid $332.99 for two nights and requested a discount due to the delayed check-in, broken heater, and lack of communication. We were offered $14, which did not reflect the situation. The unit itself was fine

This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The hosts completely ignored our messages and didn’t even send the check-in code until we chased them for it three hours after check-in was already due. There was zero communication, no apology, and no sense of responsibility. There wasn’t even a welcome book or any information provided about the property or area. We felt stranded and unwelcome instead of taken care of. I would not stay here again and don’t recommend this listing. Terrible experience. Overall, it felt careless and unprofessional. I would absolutely not stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay with great amenities and easy to get in to. Our only complaint was that we reached out twice and never heard responses back either time.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. They didn’t send check in instructions until 5 minutes before check in time, when asked about it they were very rude. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and cheep . They didn’t even have the basics, we had to purchase our own hand soap and they only leave one towel per person even if you’re staying multiple nights and no access to laundry, also no floor mats. The plates and cups are plastic and they are heavily used and scratched, we also had to purchase our own. The bathroom had a mildew odor to it and the water pressure was awful. There was dark hair in the tub when we arrived. I wouldn’t recommend this host or this condo to anyone.
