StayLTD (Stay Living The Dream)'s guest rating of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“1 star. Condescending host, avoid entirely. Do not stay here if you value a comfortable space and basic respect. The welcome message invites guests to ask questions. When I did exactly that, asking for stove instructions and bathroom ventilation, the host responded with this: “Seriously, Check in, flip some switches and figure it out. You’ll be fine. Unless you’re a stoner and then you’re gonna pay the extra cleaning fee…. A stove is a stove. Set the temp and You’re good to go. It’s not rocket science.” We do not smoke. That implication was offensive and completely unprovoked. You invite questions then respond with sarcasm and false accusations? Unacceptable. The unit itself was miserable. The heater is locked with no guest control. We visited in June and it was suffocatingly hot. Fans only blew hot air and opening windows was our only real option. Do not recommend. Do not book.”airbnb

“Great location to all the shops on Main Street and a short car ride to the best hikes. I will definitely be back. Worth the price!”airbnb

“Had a great time. Only problem was a car was blocking our second parking spot and couldn’t find the owner. Ended up paying for street parking unfortunately. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and would love to stay again”airbnb

“DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s an older condo with all the essentials. Close to skiing and walkable to bus stop. The problem was the owner. He was a rude person. We had a dryer alarm going off all night and we did not use the washer or dryer. I waited till 8am and texted asking if he could please help. He didn’t know where I was staying, told me to read my instructions on the app and told me he was too busy with another persons issue. Never followed up and told me the HOA was in charge. What??????? My husband googled the dryer issue and figured out how to fix it after 48 hours of beeping. The guy then said I was rude and the problem. Called me an idiot bc he could not fix it and it wasn’t his problem and called me a drunk for texting him telling him how rude he was. The most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I have the screenshots of it all and sent it to Airbnb. I will make sure to let everyone know steer clear. Not worth staying here. He should be ashamed of himself.”airbnb

“Hmmm… This is a beautiful home. The backyard view was spectacular and I could see how it would be great in every season. The home is well appointed & smartly decorated. Hooks in the right places, plenty of seating. Our beds were comfortable with pillow options. The bathrooms were great and I regret not having time to enjoy the giant bathtub downstairs. The kitchen is more than well appointed. It sounds like such a great place right!? Yes, but there were some issues that just weren’t dealt with appropriately. We reached out to the manager about a couple things after our 1st night there. The concerns were about hair/skin cell/other debris on the surface of the hot tub and about a broken garbage disposal. The hot tub concern was disregarded and we were encouraged to try to find an Alan wrench to fix the garbage disposal ourselves. We also found quite a bit of animal hair and had allergies every time we were in the living room. So it’s a very nice place. But maybe being mismanaged?”airbnb

“We were very excited for our stay. However, our first night the heat did not work in the unit (January in Breck), after messaging the host we were met with a condescending message about how baseboard heating works and no apology. Given we had a 5 month old staying with us, we pushed back and had the issue addressed. The unit is cozy but needed some maintaining, one of the faucets had the hot water turned off (something we were not made aware of ahead of time), the shower doors don’t stay shut and the smell of smoke from neighbors infiltrates the unit. While the location is great, it’s tough to justify the price point of this unit with all the issues we experienced.”airbnb
