“After the first stay in the house, we decided to make it a family tradition. We just completed our second vacation in the same exact house. Our grandkids get very excited when we talk about the mountain house. The location is very convenient to everything but yet very private and safe. Playground, putt putt, basketball, pickleball, fishing and paved roads to ride bikes are just a few of the things to do. You can stay at the house with so many activities included in the cost of the house, and not have to leave for anything other than food. Very beautiful houses, landscape and decorations. Pictures don’t show how beautiful and peaceful this place is.”airbnb

“The Genesis Ranch Lodge was well equipped spacious yet had good privacy and comfort. The game puzzles were well chosen. The pizza oven was a hit. The hot tub was superb. We rented it again for next year.”airbnb

“This cabin was perfect for a small family of (4). Proximity to the National Park was key and it was a short 5-10 minute drive. The place was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities to make our stay perfect. Quiet, somewhat private location. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks”airbnb

“We stayed at Victoria’s Secret Hideaway for our honeymoon for a week and we didn’t want to leave! The home was so beautiful and the views were breathtaking. You really are perched on top of the mountain. The drive is certainly a little daunting the first time up the mountain (in the dark with bears), but we got more comfortable with the drive each day. The home is about 30 mins from town and the drive is beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub each night and overall the place had everything we needed. One small piece was missing from the coffee maker upon arrival but the hosts resolved that immediately and had another coffee maker and coffee grounds delivered. Thanks so much for your hospitality and for making our stay wonderful! We would love to come back.”airbnb

“We loved our stay! The house was super clean and comfortable, we felt relaxed and at-home right away. The furniture and bed were cozy, the kitchen was spacious, and the air conditioning kept the house a perfect temp. The neighborhood the house is in is private, cozy, and has a beautiful valley view. The location is very close to Foothills Parkway for a mountain scenic drive, as well as not far from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. This is our 2nd time staying with Staylah, and we will definitely be returning again! Great place to stay!!!!”airbnb

“No water or ice first day they could not get someone out to fix it. Nor sound on Tv. A few pans were still dirty. Kitchen need better sweeping you could see all the dirt under the stove. Fireplace had a lot of dust you could see it.I called about the water the first day letting them know it was blinking red and saying locked. I did what they told me to hold it for 3 seconds and it should work it did not. I even took photos showing them. But they blame you. I am disabled and take meds that require water I went with out and end up at the doctors when I got back . The ice maker was still not making ice they brought a bag of ice around 5 pm the maintenance man said when it’s hot out it won’t make ice fast. That’s a lie I have an ice maker and when it’s hot out it still makes ice. When I wrote to them for the 2 days asking for refund cause no water and tv waiting on maintenance they blame you why things were not working. I did not know I had to record the maintenance man he called for help.”airbnb

“We had such a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures. Everything was well kept and made for a super relaxing weekend. The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, and it honestly felt like a home away from home. The host was great, communication was easy, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again in the future.”airbnb

“We were planning a trip for my sons birthday. We communicated with the host that it was a birthday trip with friends. When we got to the home: we saw a reserved wedding sign at the building right next to ours. After check in - we got a message that we were not able to use that pavilion because of a wedding for the whole time of our stay. This was the building that had a campfire ring our kids were excited about using. There were groups of guests right under our home. The wedding even had a DJ that had the whole house rattling. I messaged the host and they told me that they were not aware of the wedding until that day…. Sure. I told them there was no way that after talking to them days before I booked they were unaware of a wedding being on the property. If I would have known I would have booked another place for a 16th birthday due to not worrying about people right beside or under us and not to have to worry about noise. The house was nice. Communication could have been better”airbnb
