“Haus was extremely responsive and helpful with their services as issues arose during our stay. We ultimately had to cut the stay short as one of the glass staircase bannisters shattered in the middle of the night which was pretty stressful. They did clean things in a timely manner, however there was no resolution but for us to leave the house as it was not safe. We also dealt with multiple leaks in the home and things like the refrigerator handle breaking which they offered short term solutions to but these smaller issues continued to arise. The Haus company was extremely easy to deal with, but I fear the owner just did not want to take necessary steps to improve the house and prevent future issues.”

If you’re looking for that perfect balance of "cool Brooklyn vibes" and "actually comfortable crib," this is it. • The Space: The apartment was stunning—super high ceilings, tons of natural light, and high-end finishes. It’s clearly professionally designed, but it feels like a home, not a sterile hotel room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which is a rarity in short-term rentals. • The Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. You’re steps away from some of the best coffee shops (Devoción is a must!) and restaurants in Brooklyn, and the L train is just a short walk away, making it so easy to zip into Manhattan. • The Amenities: The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was lightning-fast (huge plus since I had to take a few Zoom calls during my stay). • The Service: The StayHaus team was so responsive. 5 star stay!”
