“The beach outside the condo is quiet. A few great restaurants are walkable right across the street. Highly recommend Aztec's and the Treasure Bay seafood buffet.”

“It’s a beautiful property! They did an amazing job updating this home. It’s walkable to all of the restaurants. The golf cart was a huge convenience for the beach and the splash pad. You can drive the golf cart everywhere in Old Town. My mom and I enjoyed the screened in porch at night when the kids went to bed. I would absolutely stay here again if we were to return.”

“Did this stay for my birthday, the airbnb was very nice and you can tell it was up to date. Only issues I had was for check-in, the battery for the front door lock was low and malfunctioning. It took us about 20 minutes before we was able to get into the place; luckily maintenance came shortly after to replace it and all was good. The railroad track definitely took away from the ambiance a little due to noise and there is very limited parking space. Overall, still enjoyed my stay, great for a getaway trip, loved the amenities that was provided and I’d book this place again in the future.”

“Overall, we had a good stay, but several issues affected our experience. Communication was very slow, with responses often taking hours. The property was difficult to locate at night because there are multiple buildings, and it would be helpful if the listing mentioned that the parking garage is attached to the building. The unit was also missing basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, an iron, and a dustpan. The AC never seemed to cool below 74°, so the unit remained warmer than we preferred. In addition, our designated parking space was occupied for our entire stay, and with no staff or security available over the weekend, we had to figure things out ourselves. Overall, the stay was good, but improving these details would make the experience much more enjoyable for future guests. I will say Ms. Debbie (cleaning lady) was a God sent! Very helpful. She went above and beyond to answer our questions!”

“I was locked out of the Airbnb and never got in. I drove 10 hours to come to the Airbnb, when I got there and put in my door code. I didn’t work. And after hours didn’t get ahold of Angelina. So 14 hours later. I called Airbnb themselves, they tried calling Angelina but no response. So I was refunded for the house and they paid half of my hotel bill. I believe this was a bad weekend for Angelina. The Airbnb would have been amazing. I missed out.”

“elevator broke down on third day, Mgr was not very quick to respond. This 64 or old had a really hard time doing 14 flights of stairs.. pillows sucked, and no iron was available. also we received a parking violation for not having a sticker.”

“Good enough, as she has stated in other comments, there is no hot tub. Should mention that in the summary, though. The canopy is pretty messed up so no shade outside. Paid far too much for things that weren't even there. I was sold for the high price because of the hottub, then it wasn't there.”

“The house was exactly as the pictures showed/described with exception to the pool and hot tub. The pool was not useable and there was no hot tub. Other than that, this house was perfect for our family of 5! So close to the beach and a great neighborhood!!”

“It's unfortunate that this property wasn't in better shape. While the house had the potential to be cute it was clear all the photos were very old. The pool was green and unusable. The back patio furniture was so rusted that we couldn't sit at the table. The yard had deflated pool toys and trash built up that no one had bothered to dispose of. The cover that's pictured with a hot tub under it has been shredded and there is no hot tub there now. Two large palm trees off the patio while nice had rats nesting in them. The house was clearly a flip, which is to be expected for a rental, however, the quality of the flip leaves a lot to be desired. For instance the main hallway bathroom door did not close. Along with these things. The beds had one very thin blanket each and the sheets were so pilled up they were unusable. There were no extra linens and we ended up going to Walmart to buy some to get us thru our stay. While clean the house was a total let down and I wish we stayed elsewhere.”
