“Very good area, by a school close to the campus of Florida and a lot of food spots walking distance with a very nice kitchen and bathroom and a great TV.”

“I would absolutely recommend this location and would stay again. This location was a perfect fit for our needs. It is only 2-3 minutes away from Target, Walmart, Aldi and Publix as well as many restaurants. The accommodations are very spacious. There was plenty of room to stretch out, set personal items in place and relax. I greatly appreciated the washer and dryer on location, having a dishwasher and a full stove / oven. There are lots of additional amenities that go the extra distance for long stays like i had such as dishwasher detergent pods, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and other items. Also, there were plenty of full size, comfortable, bed pillows, extra blankets, towels, and the like. I enjoyed my stay.”

“The place was as-advertised. Walk to coffee shops and downtown. Easy parking and far enough off campus to be quiet area. Great spot!”

“Had a great time at this location. We had a big group for a Gators game. Easily walkable to downtown Gainesville. Plenty of space for our big group and nice to have pool time too!”

“Very convenient location and the apartment had everything I needed but sadly it was not cleaned and smells strongly to the point that my company noticed it. I was grateful for the cleaning supplies in the closet to mop the floors.”

“Tv did not work Every room smelled of mildew The lock was troublesome The host did not provide any assistance to the first issue brought up to them.The place was decent besides that.”

“Place needs alot of upgrading. And the smell afyer you flushed the toilet or took a shower was horrible. The outside needs to be revamped maybe some pavers so the house would not be sandy. Pictures of the place was not what we got. Disappointed paying almost 1000.00 for 2 nights and got what we got.”

“The AC was very bad, it was very hot inside, the maintenance was unhelpful and rude. All the rooms beside one don’t have Ac, only Fan. Our experience was very poor.”
