“10/10! We absolutely adored this home. Will rent again. I’ll start off by saying, it’s a spotless and beautifully designed home with a completely (no holes!) fenced-off yard for our tiny sneaky dog, and my kids, with their safety in mind. The home itself has an incredible layout ideal for a multi gen group with youn kids. We all had easy access to our own bathroom which makes a big difference when you’re with in-laws, extended family members, and children. Lovely porch and large garden - it felt private and yet we were barely a minute’s walk from all the action of Park Circle ; bakery, coffee shop, wine store, restaurants- etc. very cute. The kitchen had a few missing items but the moment I mentioned to the team, they responded immediately and had it brought to us, so we appreciated the responsiveness. I’d say it’s a great location for a group that’s happy to dip into Charleston for the day, but then do other outings - we had a beach day, plantation day, and a historic Charleston day”

Having the beach, restaurants, and downtown Charleston all with a 15 minute drive made our trip so convenient. Thanks Igor for making our stay in Charleston in celebration of my husband's milestone birthday so memorable. The custom birthday itinerary was a very nice touch. Igor is truly a super host!”

“Hemingway's Jungle Hideaway is a perfect name for this unique Folly Beach home. The house has a vibe that we loved. It is a short walking distance from the beach and the local shops. The hot water didn't work when we arrived, and the host was quick to respond and trouble shoot to fix it.”

“We had a wonderful stay here for our family vacation! The house was very clean, spacious, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The beds were soft and comfortable with clean linens, and we loved the large bathtub, cozy porch for morning coffee, foosball table, and big TVs. The kitchen was large and well-equipped for meals, and having a dishwasher, washer, and dryer was extremely convenient. The community gym and pool were great, and there were several really nice playgrounds nearby. The location was perfect, close to cute coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants, while only being about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone had a great time, and we would definitely recommend this home. We hope to come back soon!”

“5 Stars!!!! Super close to the CHS Airport which was very convenient and downtown Charleston and Mt. Pleasant was just a short drive in. The house was exactly what the description mentioned. Pool table and swimming pool were definitely a huge hit. Stay Duvet team was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely will look at staying at another one of their houses. Thank you!!!!”
