“The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. Be sure to get there early though, because parking fills up quickly. Also, the 10pm quiet time that is advertised is closer to midnight.”airbnb

“Retro fridge was nice. comfortable bed, however bit closer to the ground then other places stayed at. super decor, was nice having toiletries there. walkable to coffee shops and restaurants and a couple parks, one is actually in a circle with lots for kids to do.”airbnb

“My family had a great experience staying in this space. The only complaint was that there was a smell, kind of like moth balls. It was really strong the first day we were there but the next few was fine. Close to Charleston, in a great area with awesome food options.”airbnb

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! HEALTH HAZARD!! Mold covering windows that was noticed after the first night, run down rusty building, washer & dryer in shed not climate controlled and dirty, horrible gravel access road with huge potholes. Forced to leave our 1 week rental after less than 24 hours with nowhere else to go, cancel our entire vacation and drive 7 hours home. Airbnb won't give full refund, only partial. I will never use Airbnb again.”airbnb

“It was an overall good stay. WiFi was not good. Tv didn’t really work at all. Very buggy and couldn’t play anything.”airbnb

“Seabrook is awesome! The unit is as pictured but the pictures are obviously older and the unit is tired and has a fair amount of deferred maintenance. They fixed the broken bed within a day and the full time manager was responsive but the night staff blew us off. It’s also a shame the bed was broken, light bulbs burnt out, lack of kitchen cooking utensils and general condition of the unit were lacking. We stayed at a competitor in Seabrook last year that was preferable. Sorry but it’s true.”airbnb

“Overall it was lovely! Super close to beach and downtown. Everything was clean. The WiFi didn’t work the whole time, we just used our hotspots so it was ok. But they didn’t respond to my message about it. Overall it was a nice stay. Very cute decor. Loved the bathroom.”airbnb

“The refrigerator was broken. They had 2 small refrigerators, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the laundry room. One upstairs bedroom had bugs night one. The bugs migrated downstairs night 2 and were everywhere. I contacted the host immediately about both issues and they responded quickly Day 1 but response time lagged with each day. They did sttempt to place me in another location but it wouldn't meet our needs. They agreed to change the reservation and refund the balance of the stay. Found out Igor isn't a real person but a persona they use through Stay Duvet.”airbnb

“Home needs new carpet/flooring upstairs, no images show the upstairs carpet and it is gross/extremely loose, could be a tripping hazard for elderly or young children. A few of the closet doors and both laundry doors need maintenance. Due to the carpet and possible damaged track they are too difficult to bother with which makes it hard to wash clothing/beach towels. Luckily it was a rainy weekend and we didn’t have any bathing suites or towels that needed immediate washing. The main front door lock is super tricky and difficult to lock from the inside and outside. One of the back patio sliding glass doors does not even unlock to access the uncovered patio, you can only access it by going out the screened in porch. All the outdoor furniture was covered in caked on pollen/mildew and could not be used. All the beds were super comfortable and the linens and towels were all clean. Icemaker did not wk. The home is very large with ample room for the seven of us for a long rainy wknd”airbnb
