“Stay was okay overall and the location was nice, but we were disappointed because the unit we originally booked as shown in the photos on the 28th floor was changed to a different less modern and less appealing room on the 20th floor less than a hour before arrival. The white large soaking tub shown in the listing was one of the main reasons we booked. Communication regarding the issue was addressed but no partial refund or meaningful compensation was provided besides a slightly later checkout offered by the host. There also wasn’t enough towels provided nor hand soap in the bathrooms, and elevators was slow a lot of times too. Future guests should confirm that the room will be ready on time before booking.”

“Awful! The place was a completely different apartment. I wouldn’t mind if it was comparable but was a huge downgrade. It’s fraud what is happening with this company as they operate all the apartments in this building. Expect to get a different apartment to the one in the photos. Not to mention the place hadn’t had its floors cleaned in months. The apartment had no plates and the TV didn’t work. Oh and to top it off because they gave us a different apartment we had no WiFi as it didn’t match. We was not reimbursed at all considering they downgraded us. I would stay clear”

“The location is a big plus—about a 10–15 minute drive to most places in Miami, and the balcony view from the high floor is beautiful. The unit itself is also very spacious, which we appreciated. I really wanted to love this place, but a few issues made the stay disappointing. The biggest problem was the cleanliness. When we arrived, it didn’t feel properly cleaned—dirty floors, bathrooms that needed much more attention, and overall it just didn’t feel fresh or ready for guests. One of the blankets even had stains all over it and looked very dirty, which was pretty off-putting. The place was also minimally stocked. There were only a few towels, barely any paper products, and we ran out of toilet paper before the end of the stay. No extra blankets or backup supplies were provided. Furnishings felt sparse, and getting to the unit was confusing with three separate elevators. Overall, the location and view are great but the cleanliness and lack of basics really hurt the experience.”

““This Airbnb was absolutely filthy and one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The bathrooms were disgusting — hair all over the shower, hair covering the floors in BOTH bathrooms, dirty glass everywhere, dust all over the condo, and even hair on the furniture. It honestly felt like nobody cleaned the place before we arrived. To make it worse, basic things like an iron and ironing board weren’t even provided, even though this is supposed to be a rental people actually stay in comfortably. Customer service was terrible. Response times were slow, nobody came to properly clean the unit after we complained, and there was zero effort to compensate us for staying in a dirty condo. The only thing they seemed to care about was taking our money. Completely unacceptable experience. Misleading, unhygienic, and poorly managed.
