“I have reached out multiple times to ask why it was not cleaned properly. It was gross, black hairs when you pulled back sheets, kitchen counters were black when I wiped off with Clorox wipe, silverware and glassware was filthy put up in cabinet, hair was in the bath tub and you could tell someone just sprayed it out because black debris and dirt was in bottom of both tubs. I had to reclean to even feel comfortable staying there and letting my young children or family shower and sleep in the beds. The dust was unreal. This place is not being adequately cleaned. Also parking was an issue. Nothing was labeled or there wasn’t a parking pass. I asked hotel staff they said it wasn’t there place because I was at an air bnb. Then I asked the staybreexe and they tell me to ask the hotel. Ridiculous and worst place I have ever stayed and I travel a lot!”airbnb

“The unit was beautiful and the view was perfect! The only thing is StayBreeze had a few communication issues. I reached out asking when we would expect the door code, and was told I would get an email 1 week before arrival with the code (and a text the day of). The email was not sent a week early. I reached out via Airbnb and the issue was still not solved. Staybreeze sent a text message with all unit instructions and stated if I had any questions to send a text. After no reply through Airbnb, I texted the day before we arrived and I finally got the email. Next, the listing stated amenities such as a hair dryer, washer and dryer. The instruction text stated they didn’t have a hair dryer, I asked on Airbnb, and who ever replied told me the unit did have one. However, when we arrived there wasn’t one, so I went without. Also, the washer and dryer are not in the unit. There are some on multiple floors of the condo, but they all cost money, we weren’t expecting to have to pay for laundry.”airbnb

“We stayed here for a week over spring break and really enjoyed it. The condo was clean, nicely renovated, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was easy, and the teens loved having both indoor and outdoor pools. The location was quiet, and the beach was not crowded. We would happily stay here again.”airbnb

“Great location and pretty views. We were given wrong elevator code but got resolved quickly. Several lights out, dishes found in dishwasher unwashed. I attribute that to cleaning service not the owner. Needs some minor maintenance fixes such as sink stopped up and lock on sliding door broken when we arrived. Some amenities weren’t there as noted such as grills but it was a great location for the event we attended.”airbnb

“Love the unit. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Downside, one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper. The pool and lazy river were very dirty and not well maintained. The hot tub was out of order when we arrived and it seemed as if it hasn’t been functioning for a while. Location was good.”airbnb

“My family and I truly enjoy our stay at The Savoy (6th Floor PH). The unit was beautifully decorated, spacious and very accommodating. We felt right at home, it was cozy with everything we need to relax and enjoy our stay. The best part were the direct ocean views. There are several view points to enjoy the ocean! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and we will be booking this unit again soon. Thank you for your hospitality and the entire process was smoothly completed.”airbnb

“Check in was a complete nightmare. After driving 10hours, the last thing I wanted to do was wait 45 min for host to answer. Description says self check in, that is not true. You have to check in at front desk of the main hotel. To which they did not have my name down because host did not inform the front desk. This was so frustrating. And it took several attempts to reach someone. Person on phone admits to not informing front desk, said they would email front desk. Cool. 2nd attempt to check in, host sends email but does not list what room. Another 15 minutes to get them to respond and clarify with front desk on what room. After that nightmare, we got into our room. Very spacious and great location. Room was not cleaned. Onion peels under cabinets in kitchen, sand in the beds (granted we’re on the beach and sands a pain), a red sticky liquid running down the counter and cabinets, and most of the dishes were placed back into cabinet dirty. The beds are trash. I had to buy foam pads.”airbnb

“I had my elderly mother with me and was taking her on a relaxing beach trip and to know she had to walk 4 flights of stairs every time we left the room was ridiculous. We would have never booked the apartment if the listing said it had no elevator. She was not the only elderly person having issues with the stairs. There is mold in the bathroom at the molding and a lot of dust that apparently isn’t cleaned by the housekeepers. It’s a great location and easy access to the beach but I suggest not for elderly people that can’t carry everything up the stairs. Also I messaged the hosts 2 times over the weekend about the elevator and got no response.”airbnb
