“Honestly, one of the best homes we've stayed in. Everything was well stocked, there was plenty of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was great. The occasional train came through but it's plenty far to not disturb you. The fence had no holes which was great for our pups. If we ever need to stay in Birmingham again, this will be our first choice!”

“Beautiful space, the hosts are available and communicate well. Not a huge fan of a fee for early check in when the unit is obviously empty. But I would definitely stay here again.”

“I had a great stay at Loft 305 at The William. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches. You can tell a lot of care went into both the space and the little details that make a short stay easy. The downtown location was excellent and very convenient for everything we were doing in Birmingham. Check-in with the Keycafe was straightforward, the instructions were clear, and communication from the StayBham team was excellent from beginning to end. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, unique place in downtown Birmingham.”
