“Everything about the home and neighborhood was great, awesome layout for a small family, very cozy. Overall good but would hope for a more thorough cleaning next time there was a bit of bathroom mildew.”

“Overall, we loved the renovation and found the space to be very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with plenty of seating, dining space, and storage for any season. However, we wanted to highlight a few areas for improvement. We felt the property was lacking a household information binder. It would have been helpful to have the Wi-Fi password and end-of-stay requirements clearly listed. Additionally, we had to search for the pool key as it was not labeled. Regarding the layout, we found that light and sound traveled easily throughout the home. Because of the open loft, the double-sided fireplace in one bedroom, and the glass in the other, guests waking up early or staying up late tended to wake everyone else. We also suggest fixing the sliding doors between the two downstairs rooms, as there is currently only a curtain between them. We truly enjoyed our stay, but we would appreciate it if these minor issues were address.”

“Beautiful condo and location. We enjoyed our stay here however we booked this condo because of the hot tub that was shown in the photos but we weren’t provided the key to access the hot tub and weren’t able to use it.”

“Very nice place to stay. Clean, and bed was comfortable. Wish seating for Tv had been more comfortable, made it difficult to sit and relax in living area….but would not keep me from coming back to this place.”

“Big place, lots of space, peaceful surroundings. Nice to have access to the indoor pool and hot tub. However, would not stay here again due to getting very little sleep because the bed mattress in the main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. Because of the mattress we got very little sleep. Asked for a checkout of 11 am and was told "No". Check out time of 10am is ridiculous.”

“The place was great, a very nicely appointed 2 bed / 3 bath that was super comfortable with a ton of living room space and nicely furnished 2 bedrooms. I just want to draw attention to a couple of things that weren't ideal: - The check in (4pm) is quite late for a very early check out (10am). - To add, the cleaners showed up at 9:30am before we had checked out and we felt pressured even further to get out. - The internet did not work during our stay. - The online portal with the detailed arrival instructions didn't work and required multiple messages back and forth to get logged in. - Even once logged in the online portal was hard to navigate and simple information like where you need to park was hard to find. The place itself was great, just some process issues were a bit difficult.”

“This townhome was great for our family of 6! We loved being on base camp for a walk out to the slopes! The home was pretty and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. I did however, message the host before booking to clarify if there’s a hot tub and they responded that there is, in the community building. They failed to mention that it costs $20 per person per day to use the pool and hot tub. I wish it were included in the stay or I wish they would’ve been more clear with their response. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our family ski trip!”

“This rental is a lovely place to stay! It’s conveniently located near Granby Ranch Ski Area, making it perfect for families with kids. The only issue we encountered was that the two propane tanks for the fire pit and heater on the balcony were empty when we arrived, so we weren’t able to enjoy those amenities. We informed the host, and they let us know there wasn’t anyone available to refill them.”

“Everything was good. The only thing that was really disappointing and upsetting was their inaccurate description in beds. They advertise 2 rooms with king size beds but one of the rooms has a queen size bed instead. And that was the only reason I went for this house.”
