“My daughter and I were in town with my granddaughter to move her in her new place for her junior year at UA! This location was so convenient to everything, including walking downtown to restaurants. The place was so unique and inviting, exactly as described. So nice to extra room to relax and enjoy our stay vs. a hotel room. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our coffe and breakfasts without having to go out, including plenty of coffee pods! Carla was quick to respond and very clear with all info needed to make the checkin and checkout easy. Definitely would stay again when visiting!”

“If I could give Carla and her place 10 stars, I would! It was exactly what we needed for our family to gather and relax in her beautiful loft. Everything from linens, coffee service, well equipped kitchen and laundry room and Den with pool table and music set up was over the top! It was also close to everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things about our stay and experience with Carla as a host! We will definitely be back!”

“This place was a dream 🥰 The house itself (including that incredible front door!), the bed, the decor, the hot tub and lounge area, the OUTDOOR TUB…it was all perfect. We really enjoyed swimming and floating off the dock. Thank you for the obvious hard work put in to maintain such a gorgeous place.”

“The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and s'mores supplies. The treehouse was very clean, and it was obvious they care about both the property and their guests. For context, we're a couple in our 40s traveling without our children. This is a beautiful and unique property, but I found myself paying attention to where I was stepping much more than I expected. As a result, I spent more time watching my footing and surroundings than fully relaxing. Families should think carefully about whether this property is a good fit for their children. There are elevated areas, horizontal railings, steep stairs, uneven flooring, and other features that require close supervision. The river view is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the outdoor bathtub was a highlight.”

“We had a large group but felt very at home and with ample space to enjoy the beautiful house and surrounding landscape and lake. It's sometimes difficult to obtain a house that will accommodate 14 women for overnight stays, but his house was wonderful and every one of the ladies voiced how well they liked the property. We enjoyed it so much that we opted out of going back into town for dinner and stayed at the house to rest and relax together in our peaceful house. We all definitely recommend booking this house again and appreciate quick responses from Carla and the other host regarding a few questions we had. They were great to check in with us and willing to provide any information we needed. Unless we need a bigger house for a larger group, we will definitely put this house on our list for a return visit!”

“One of my favorite things to do is find unique airbnb's and this little Treehouse overlooking the water was a GEM! The views were amazing, the dock close by was perfect for fishing. Every little detail, from the old key to gain access, to the wood floor and ceilings, the ropes attached to the bed to allow for opening the windows, to the little cozy corner to play records and listen to music. My favorite part though was the built in hammock, complete with blankets and pillows, the best spot for our naps. When hosts offer the option for "extras" to the there waiting on you is my FAV. We had wood to build a fire, all the items to make smores, and a cooler ready with ice. Host was easy to reach and communication was spot on. Worth every penny to disconnect and get away! Highly recommend.”

“We absolutely loved our peaceful stay in the treehouse. Waking up to the birds in the morning, watching the boats go by, and enjoying the sunrise by the fire pit made it so special. We never once checked the time — it was exactly the reset we needed. Having the Blackstone was perfect! We cooked and ate outside each day. Carla was quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. We even took a relaxing nap in the hammock! We’re already planning to come back and stay longer next time.”
