Stay Redamo's guest rating of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Beautiful home , very spacious for our group, lots of girls so the 4 bathrooms was very helpful. Only thing the driveway was very tight for our truck and lots of muddy puddles from the rain other than that everything was amazing!”airbnb

“My family loved the house and location. Easy access to downtown and tourist area. House looked just like the pictures would definitely stay here again”airbnb

“The house was great - very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. While we never felt unsafe in the house, it is in an up and coming neighborhood near the jail and not as walkable as some of the other neighborhoods we have stayed in. The location is not a far drive or uber from most places, and if you are aware and ok with the neighborhood being transitional, it was a great rental.”airbnb

“The house was very nice and spacious but there were several things that made our stay a bit challenging. There were 7 of us and only two showers. One of the toilet seats was cracked. The house wasn't stocked at all. There was no laundry detergent for the washer and only two dishwasher pods and we were asked to place all dishes in the DW before leaving. They also required us to do housekeeping like taking the trash outside to the cans and stripping all beds. When we did we found a torn and unclean sheets. They also required a charge of $25 per hour for an early or late check in which had to be paid through another site outside of Airbnb. There were several light bulbs that were out in the downstairs bathroom which made it difficult to see. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people. It was clear that they had not fully cleaned or stocked the house. Fire alarm battery kept beeping because it needed to be replaced.”airbnb

“The place was good for a bachelor or bachelorette party. But many things were broken or not properly maintained throughout the entire house. In every bathroom the sink fixture were all loose. One of the sink had a chip in it and the water preasure wasnt great. The fridge slightly leaked and the side exit light fixture was hanging there and not properly mounted and very close to the door. The tv on the outdoor patio didnt work at all tried everything. The neighbors were not great on the one side of the house. The beds were all cheap and not comfortable at all. It did have a nice balcony patio in front but not great views to look at. The floor was uneven and needs maintenance. The driveway was very small and narrow and next to a eletrical poll hard to pull into driveway and was covered in mud on driveway. Also the two bunk beds by the front entrance is less then ideal place to have them. The rear patio needs more seating . The propery overall need to be fixed and maintained much better.”airbnb

“Overall, the stay was decent, but there were a few frustrating issues. The water pressure was very low, which made showering uncomfortable. The biggest concern was the alarm going off multiple times during our stay. It was extremely loud and disruptive. I tried calling the host several times and sent multiple text messages but didn’t receive a response until after the alarm had been going off for about 7–8 minutes. The delayed communication made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. With better responsiveness and a few maintenance improvements, this property could offer a much better experience. Location was good but there are several people roaming around the area, which made some people from my party feel unsafe.”airbnb

“Vvery nice house. Only thing that I would complain about is they didn't respond to two questions, I had messaged onthe app and texted the number they provided but no response 😑”airbnb

“Place was spacious and as listed - minor issues with AC where some of the rooms were too hot and others too cold but i’ll give benefit of the doubt to user error. I always give 5 stars but my issue has been the communication - I was trying to organise early check in times and felt like I was either speaking to an AI chatbot or just lazy copy and paste answers. I was offered an hour early check in complimentary (there is usually a cost) and when I tried to arrange for slightly earlier was when I kept getting “we are looking into it” or “you’ll need to pay for the early check in”,despite me then referring to their earlier offer of complimentary. There was also mention of only providing the number of towels per listed guest and when we had more guests staying I tried to clarify that and basically got no response but to update the listing which I did, got no further acknowledgment and then found more towels anyway. Overall I would sum up the communication as lacking or downright confusing”airbnb
