“Raphael's apartment was excellent. Clean, spacious, and gorgeous with everything you may need. We were traveling with a toddler and he made sure that a pack 'n' play and a high chair were waiting for us. He was super responsive which helped make checking in and out seamless. The apartment itself was even more spacious than photos give it credit, in a beautiful building, and it was all spotless. Not to mention that it's in a great neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants around and plenty of things to do. Overall, would highly recommend staying at Raphael's apartment.”

“Charming but updated, light-filled, well-maintained apartment unit located on an equally charming street just off Rittenhouse Square. The space was more beautiful in person than photos would suggest. The bathroom and kitchen furnishings and appliances were updated and worked well. The mattress was comfortable, with plenty of closet and dresser space in the bedroom. The hosts were very responsive and recommended several local sightseeing spots to us. Would definitely book again! Good to Know: - Probably not a great choice for individuals who are older, carrying a lot of weight, or have mobility issues as the unit is located on the second floor of a walk-up only accessible by a narrow, steep staircase. - There was a lot of street noise during the day, though the neighborhood did become surprisingly quiet come bedtime. - Parking was also a bit of a challenge - we had to use a valet lot located a few blocks away that was a bit pricy and made us wish we hadn't rented a car at all.”

“The home is beautiful- lots of space!! The elevator is great with it being 5 stories. The location was fantastic! My only criticisms are: *The master shower leaked into the closet below and got our wedding clothes wet. Yikes! However, Rafael responded immediately and offered to pay for dry cleaning. He also sent someone out to look at and worked hard to make it right. If you are staying here, I would double check that the shower is fixed and/or just not use the closet on the 4th floor. *Make sure you take a cell phone with you on the elevator. My nephew got stuck. Again, Rafael was super responsive and helped us rectify the situation. It was fine for the rest of the trip. *They need more towels. However, I requested more, and they were promptly dropped off for us. The home really is lovely. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“Raphael was a great host. Very communicative and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The house itself was great and exactly as expected. The train is close to the house and noisy throughout the night. It didn’t bother our group, but if you’re a light sleeper, it may bother you.”
