“I don’t like leaving negative reviews but feel I need to given how unclean the home was. Long black hair in the tub and in the bed sheets that we found during check in. I notified the host the next morning about the hair with photos and they never replied to my message. The rugs were dirty and what we are assuming is white pet hair all over them. And the a/c units were incredibly dirty and blowing an awful musty smell. If it wouldn’t have been so hot in the house we wouldn’t have used them but we had to turn them on at night. The house is cute but I would not stay again because of how dirty it was.”

“Pros: The house had basically all the kitchen things we needed. We could walk to a couple restaurants and if you go a little further, there's a fun ice cream and smoked fish place about 6 blocks away. Grocery store is very close if you need something. The split king beds were comfortable. It's a quiet, safe feeling neighborhood. Cons: It's a very old house and being the lower level, you will hear every movement made upstairs. If it's warm, there is no central air so the bedrooms with the window units will be freezing while the kitchen is sweltering, esp if you are cooking. There is an extra mattress in the far bedroom, but there is no space to put it unless you move the desk out of the room.”

“It was a safe location, easy to find. Okay for the price since the area is a fairly higher priced area to stay in due to the popularity. The hosts didn’t do anything wrong, I think maybe the cleaning job must have been rushed before we arrived as a few things were missed. Grateful to stay somewhere super close to downtown and to our family we were visiting!”

“Inside of house was OK. Outside of house needs work. Not very good curb appeal.”
