“We loved this gorgeous cabin. The outdoor patio was so peaceful and the view was stunning. Downtown Lansing is quaint, but has a great coffee shop, pizza restaurant, and an awesome park. It is also an easy drive to West Jefferson, Boone, and Blowing Rock. The kids loved hiking down to the river and exploring. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. There was plenty of space for our big group. Jerrita was a great host and very responsive! We were able to do an earlier check in, which we really appreciated.”

“If you are looking for a place to go fishing, this is it. There’s enough room for 10 people comfortably. There’s a game room that’s not connected to the main house but still accessible. They have fish food that you can use once a day to help bring the fish to you. Getting into the river can be a little complex, but remember you are getting into a river. In the listing, it says that they do not recommend low profile vehicles. I totally agree. There is a large incline to get into the home. I loved the touch of the s’mores ready to go. We played games. We caught two 19 inch trout and several others. The hot tub has great lighting and is very clean. The view is immaculate. We sat and had coffee and tea on the deck every morning. Our dogs had a wonderful time. really great for all ages. If anybody comes with you that has mobility issues there is a bedroom and a kitchen ground level. We definitely would love to come back. again, a true fishing retreat. Thank you so much for the memory making”
