“Beautiful resort met friendly staff. Downfall was location you need to uber to south beach and other popular areas. The beach had so much sea weed we couldn’t swim in the ocean which I was looking forward to. I wish they would clean it up because for the resort price and reputation they should have a cleaner beach. Extra towels and shampoo were ordered and came 2 hours later. Our coffee machine was broken but so was the phone so couldn’t call down to get help. But overall beautiful place.”

“The place we stayed in was wonderful—clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. That said, the hotel itself could improve its overall guest experience, particularly around the pool and beach areas. All guests should be treated with a consistent level of respect and professionalism, especially considering we are all contributing to the hotel’s business. During our stay, a conference was being held, and large portions of the property were restricted to other guests. At times, access was limited in a way that felt unnecessarily strict and was communicated rather abruptly—for example, not being allowed to pass through certain areas or access the pool without a room key. Aside from these issues, the property itself is excellent and still worth the money spent.”

“I am never the type to write a bad review but after staying in this filthy unit, I simply cannot hold back. The unit was absolutely filthy. Blood/urine left on the toilet, used contact lenses left all over the bathroom counter/floors/bed frame, the sheets had blood/oil/hair leftover on them, and the room had clothing tags, crumbs, and garbage left all over the floors. I messaged the host multiple times and he swept it under the rug without even offering me anything besides sending someone out to “clean”. Both times the housekeeper came to “clean” the room, we came back to find the room in the same filthy condition. I sent videos to management and documented everything. Blood/urine/used contact lenses are all safety hazards and can carry transmissible diseases. I felt disgusting staying in a room this dirty. I recommend everyone to please beware when booking as I thought I was getting a good deal but in reality the good deal was not worth going through all of this. Stay elsewhere!”

“The location of this condo was great, and the amenities were amazing. However, the unit was very dirty. The drapes had profuse oil stains throughout the front of the unit. There was hair on the bedding and debris on the upholstered chair in the master bedroom. The showers had black mold in them. This was unfortunate because I did have to pay an additional couple hundred dollar cleaning fee upon checkout, and this unit was definitely not clean for us.”
