“We really enjoyed walking on the beautiful beach every day, which is very easy to access from the unit. The unit is fairly newly renovated and served our needs well. I will mention the second bedroom faces the parking lot and cars parking shine their lights right into the bedroom. I offered the suggestion they should put some light blocking curtains in there as currently there is only a wooden blind.”

“Overall, the stay was fine, but it didn’t feel like the level of experience we usually expect from an Airbnb. The property is managed by a company rather than an individual host, and that showed in a few ways. When we arrived, there was NO toilet paper, no paper towels and only minimal starter supplies—no dishwasher or washing machine pods. We reached out right away but didn’t hear back until the next day, and the replacement supplies (5 pods and 3 rolls of toilet paper) weren’t really adequate for a two-week stay. Before arrival, we also received multiple emails promoting add-on packages (like their beach package), which felt a bit excessive compared to the level of responsiveness once we were actually there. The place itself was fine and functional, but nothing about the experience really stood out. It worked for our trip, just not the kind of stay that feels especially welcoming or memorable. 🙂”

“I don’t usually leave extensive reviews, but this is noteworthy. We booked the unit for a short weekend getaway. We arrived in the evening. I ALWAYS check the units I stay in, refrigerators, bathrooms, and especially BEDS. Beds should be clean, without stains. To my horror, one bed had multiple huge dark brown stains. It was a room with another twin bed- I refused to use this room and was forced to make my children squeeze in one bed because we were a bedroom short. Please know, this is not your typical “pee” stain. It was dark, rusty in color, on the corner. I immediately called support because I wanted to leave but wanted to ensure I’d receive the refund. NO ONE got back to me. It was late, I had no choice but to stay. I called again in the morning. By the time someone called me, half our visit was over with. We checked out the next morning. I asked for a refund, they offered only a small percentage. The refrigerator had sand in it, had to have a cleaner come in to clean it.”
