“This was an amazing location! We were a group of 7 adults with PLENTY of room. We enjoyed the outdoor space, views, hot tub and open concept kitchen and living space. The owners stocked the home with convenient essentials including K cups, a whole coffee drawer, pots, pans, plenty of flatware, cups, glasses, SPICES for cooking, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels. It was an 8 minute EASY drive to downtown Ellicottville where we experienced fine dining, alpine slides/ grounds and the Ellicottville Winery! Fabulous spot!!”

“Our stay in Ellicottville was absolutely incredible, offering the perfect mix of unique accommodations, generous space, and breathtaking scenery for our large group and plenty of kids. The home easily kept everyone entertained and relaxed, from movie nights in the private theater to cozy evenings gathered around the outdoor fire pit. While you'll still want to bring a few of your own personal items, the host provided an abundance of key essentials like firewood, laundry supplies, and plenty of fresh towels. With comfortable beds and a wonderfully responsive host who quickly handled the few questions we had, it made for a seamless and unforgettable getaway that we would happily book again. Highly Recommend!”

“We had a great stay at Dean’s cabin. It accommodated our group and Dean was very responsive and helpful throughout the weekend! Everything was clear, instructions were easy, and the location was perfect for the weekend, just a very short drive into town. I would definitely recommend the house for your next Ellicottville weekend.”

“The Chalet was a dream house. Our group loved every moment we spent at the chalet. The lodging was a great fit for large groups. Tons of space to have a wonderful peaceful and fun time. Hot tub, amazing. The view is gorgeous and the surroundings are lovely. Our hosts were super communicative and welcomed us into their place wit open arms. If you need a bougie beauty of a place for large families and friends, this is it! All amenities were great! 100000 out 10 would stay here again.”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay here! We were all there to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary so we wanted a location that wasn't too busy but had something for all ages and enough space to all be together. The house was close to town so it made trips to and from extremely easy but it was still remote enough to sit outside at the firepit and not feel like we were on top of neighbors. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful! We would certainly recommend this for anyone visiting Ellicottville.”

“This home is exactly like the photos!! The rooms descriptions made it perfect to figure out bedroom situations - especially with great grandparents needing rooms on the floor with all the activity! Kitchen was perfect and connected to living room so spending time with family was easy! Over all super happy with the house and host!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very spacious and has a nice layout with living space both upstairs and downstairs. It was plenty cool for the hot summer days. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes. Dean was very responsive and the property manager was available within a few minutes to help us out. If we ever end up in that area again, we would definitely rent it again.”

“We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and absolutely perfect for our large family. Our host, Dean, was highly responsive throughout the entire process, and a special thanks to the property manager, Jeff, who was super helpful during our stay. A huge highlight was the karaoke machine—the kids had a blast singing on it until midnight! We loved the beautiful views, had a great time playing board games daily, and delighted in gathering around the fire pit for smores. Our mom enjoyed the barrel sauna and hot tub every morning. We also used the grill on our final night for burgers and dogs. Quick tip for future renters: the two Out House bedrooms above the game room require some good knees to get to. If your group travels with grandparents and adults with terrible knees like ours, save those rooms for the youngings! lol. We loved this property and highly recommend it!”

We enjoyed the private "woods" feeling.....and appreciated the host responding to our questions so quickly! and for being super pleasant! I travelled with my parents and they loved that there was a bedroom on the main floor so that they didnt need to go up and down the steps.....( unless we were leaving the house). Thank you!!”
