“Nice place”

“The door code wasn't sent and the owner wasn't responding to the airbnb message/chat. I called the 800 number for the property management company and the voicemail said they were closed on holidays. I had to find another place to stay for the first night. The next day I called and got the door code and the property management company refunded the amount I paid to stay somewhere else the first night without any hassle. They apologized and were very nice about it. The property is great if you're happy with no-frills. The unit is old and needs renovated (cupboards, kitchen appliances, furniture, a/c, etc.) but it's still a good place to stay and isn't dirty or unsafe or anything like that. My most favorite was the balcony, it's spacious and the view is fantastic. My least favorite was the bathroom, the shower head is tiny and the water pressure is very low. Overall, I'm happy with my stay, once I finally got in the room. If I'm traveling on a budget, I will probably stay here again.”

“overall. it was a nice place. clean. the Ilikai parking makes it a little difficult. and I am not a fan of Waikiki crowds. We were close enough to the wedding we went to Oahu for and to visit family and friends. I had one thing that bothered me, the issue with one of the AC units. we couldn't use it after the issue, but the fans provided helped out as well as the cool evening breezes. I know I chose this place, but next time personally, I may stay away from Waikiki. Lori was great though, got a lot of communication prior to our stay and she did respond when I messaged her. Overall a good stay, it was roomy, nice to have the kitchen so we could cook some of our meals.”

“The carpet was absolutely disgusting. Stains and things stuck everywhere. Needs to be replaced badly! Great location, Secure and nice view.”

“This place was great for a family vacation! Location was great. The kitchen has everything you need. Great view of the city and the ocean from the balcony. Ac worked great. Its an old building so expect some things to apear well used, its not perfect sparkling updated, but we werent there for the condo. The pool and patio with grills was also nice.”

“Great location and spacious for a studio unit. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, utensils, etc. and 4 seats at a dining table. Great view of the mountain from the balcony. Modern TiVo equipped television with plenty of channels.”
