“Great location. Near Florida Friends boat rental. Near Sharkey's Restaurant and many others. Near excellent lobster sites, Pennekamp, and offshore reefs. Wonderful pools and a saltwater swim pond with floating docks, a private beach and amazing fish. My crew already wants to come back. We loved it!!!!”

“Beautiful new home with lots of space for our group of 12. Having the private pool and the community pool with small beach was great. Home was fully stocked with kitchen and cooking utensils along with some pantry necessities and seasonings. Enjoyed a few games of pickleball on the pickleball court. Convenient private location between Islamorada and Marathon. Close to a great restaurant, S.S. Wreck and Galley Grill, and a wonderful butcher and small market, Grassy Key Land and Sea Market. Can’t wait to stay here again!”

“This was a nice condo with a nice view of the ocean. It is furnished nicely. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the beach was unusable. The entire area was filled with sargassum that smelled so bad the whole area was unusable. It would be really nice if they would clean it up. Also our building was under construction. Would be nice if more than 1 roll of toilet paper and dishwasher/ trash bags were provided. Also there was only 1 pot and a wok. No pans. Other than that the pool is amazing.”

“The property was wonderful and our unit was very good. I'd read some poor reviews of Ocean Pointe but I give the property 5/5. Pool was amazing - large, warm, and open late, with hot tub. The little bar and restaurant was great fun for Happy Hour. Many places around the property to relax, exercise, socialize. Well maintained and really nice. The unit itself held a few disappointments - primarily the kitchen is not "well stocked" for actual cooking - 6 wooden spoons but not a single egg turner. ONE 8" skillet in poor condition. No serve-ware. Icemaker only worked after day 4 - after we bought ice (I did report this but nothing happened). Blender was awesome! Unit was clean and well cared for.”

“The place is nice , clean and there is a restaurant on the premises was great , bartender Tara and cook Jenny were welcoming and profesional and the food was excellent , downside , the attendant at the entrance (Wendy) was very unprofessional , very rude , not only to us but we also witnessed her rudeness to other guest that were arriving , she ordered a lady to get in her car , instead of kindly asking her to do so and the lady express to me how rude her behavior was towards her , giving us a hard time about everything , anytime we encounter her , I think Wendy needs some social skills training , seeing she is the first impression upon arrival , other then that the place was great”
