“From arriving and not having the condo yet cleaned to the entire place, really needing a deep cleaning lack of amenities not an overall cozy feel in the environment hard towels, limited towels, no hand towels very few items for the kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend staying here more than a day or so, and only if you plan to eat out.”

“Apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. I would just not recommend to people with kids because we got numerous complaints for the tenant below us. My kids could not walk around without someone knocking on my door. Felt like their vacation was limited because i was constantly trying to keep them quiet.”

“Place was nice and quite, carpets were pretty dirty so felt like I needed to keep shoes on but other than that everything was very clean, also no extras like toilet paper, dishwasher pods ect, but other than that it was a nice stay.”

“not enough flat surfaces to put our stuff. door code we were given didn't work. maid forgot to reset it. guest bedroom was not as pictured. instead of 2 twin beds it had 2 bunk beds. one a queen/twin and the other 2 twins. And they were left for the guest to put on the sheets and pillow cases. basic soap and TP and paper towels to start. nothing else. S&P shakers were empty. no K cups for the Keurig. Food is supposed to be removed by the guests at the end of stay. but found blueberry bagels and honey bunch of oats cereal in upper cabinet(threw it out so we wouldn't be to blame). complex does not assign any parking spaces to the units. its first come first serve. they compensated that with a collapsible wagon to haul things in. on the plus side the beds were very comfortable. plenty of hot water for showers.”

“If you are looking for a Motel 6 in a gated golf community, then this place is for you. The place is spacious as described, but it is not left clean. There were several “remnants” of the previous guests, like used tissue and chips and cereal pieces, tape and decoration pieces left on the wall, oven used and not cleaned, stains on the cabinets, dead bugs and seeds, laundry machine left dirty, slippery residue/film on bathroom tile. Then there is upkeep. The front door has had locks and closers replaced and not painted. Baseboards are needing paint, evidence of ceiling leaks from above tenant. Cabinets in kitchen are peeling. The mattresses are very cheap or worn and are not comfortable. Overall, when the place is left dirty or generally just not clean, the entire vibe of the stay is “ehwwww”. No extras like most rentals offer like salt/pepper/seasonings/coffee, we know those are just a perk, but nice adds for this level of rental. We would not stay here again.”

“Bring your own towels. There aren’t enough and they are very small. Also no regular coffee maker. They do have Kurig. No hot water pot as well.”

“Please be cautious ⚠️ of this rental agency. I booked and the stay was great. Only real issue was the balcony is inaccessible and Cleary not used because it was filthy and full of critters. After our stay here we were sent a message from the property stating housekeeping had reported damages and all the keys were missing. NOT TRUE! All pool keys were returned to their proper place along with house key returned to lockbox. I asked for pictures of damages. They sent photos of a sink completely broken and unable to be used. A curtain and rod literally ripped off the wall. I was in shock. I had just used the kitchen sink that morning to fix a quick breakfast. I looked back at the photo and noticed no dishes were in the sink and the sink was squeaky clean. There was no dish soap left. I left a sink full of dishes. If the sink is broken why would staff wash a full set of dishes then take a photo of damage. I responded and asked for timestamped photos. Property backed down and said nevermind.”
