“Great location, clean space, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. We had a great time in Cocoa Beach, despite the rain!”

“This is the second time I've stayed at this location. Very high quality apartment in a great area. Easy check-in and checkout. Great shot downstairs in bars and restaurants just over the road... and of course rocket launches just around the corner!”

“This place is a hidden little gem, pretty much right on the beach,we stayed 2 nights before our cruise, conveniently located for pretty much anything you need, very clean, beds really comfortable,if were ever in the area again would definitely stay here again, and also the hosts were awesome and fast to respond,5 star all the way!!!!”

“The host is always accommodating and responsive. The unit is very clean, comfortable and includes many amenities. Always a 5 star stay!”

“The space was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated & furnished. We stayed after a cruise and it is very close to the port. The host responded quickly to questions I had regarding check-in. They provided a lot of options for early check in and late check out. Will definitely stay again.”

“Another great loft! Thank you!”

“Super nice clean unit. No complaints. Thank you for the stay!”

“We loved our stay! As locals, we needed a staycation during renovations of our house. We initially stayed in the studio which afforded plenty of space for two and a short stay. We upgraded to the one bedroom for a longer stay. Unsure of how long we would need to stay due to the reno, the hosts were very flexible allowing us to extend in our same room as needed. The rooms are immaculate! The location is right next to the beach access and is very peaceful. The kitchen is well appointed with items you’ll need to make your own meals. Beautifully furnished and decorated! Host communication was quick and easy. Personnel on site were always friendly and responsive. Laundry facilities easy to use and newer washer and dryer! I highly recommend to all but especially to my friends and family who will visit.”

“Appreciate the stay and responsive host! Would 100% stay again!”

“This location was very centralized with easy access to the beach and port. The loft appeared exactly as it looks in the pictures. The host was very responsive and when an issue arose with the A/c, they quickly addressed it and found an acceptable solution. I would definitely stay at this property when visiting the area.”
